Growin' and Chuckin'

The completed studies so far show placebo worked just as well improving mood. I did .1 grams for 4 months and really didn’t see a noticeable improvement in anything. I think doing heroic doses 2 or 3 times a year are more beneficial. When tripping balls, I get to consciously work through underlying issues that are causing stress, anxiety, and depression. Just my observation. :v::pray::raised_hands:

You could be right, it could be just everything else in there besides the mushies that make me feel better…

About two more weeks before the flip. Sour Banana has some great stem smells going on. I know that doesn’t equate to bud flavor, but there are some sour stanky phenos. Transplanting into 2 gal cloth pots. Inbreeding only.

Lavender Jack transplanted a week early. They should end up producing some beans. I hear the Vanilla Frosting is tasty and might try again. Doesn’t like nutrients like the Sour Banana.

And I have a lonely male Tropicana Cookies that will hit a Lavender Frosting.

Finally time to transplant. I went from 4” cups to 2gal cloth pots. Vanilla Frostings are happy and those are in 3gal cloth pots. Sour Bananas looking like the out grew the cups, but will bounce back in 3 days after acclimating to their new home. Flipping Friday morning! The LED is on its lowest setting for the week. Threw in a Tropicana Cookies male just in case. I culled the Willie G cbd. Just not enough room. I’ll get more going in a few weeks.

Starting bud cycle today. Still need to cull males, so work out nicely, as far as room. Just got back from Kauai. Tried to find real Hawaiian seeds, but no luck.

That does present a good question. Say I am a couple weeks from harvest. Something comes up and I have to leave for a week. No one here even knows I partake let alone grow. And I like it that way. So if I cant trust anyone to take care of my lants while Im gone what can i do to keep them from dying?

Auto drip watering or some type I’d wicking method you might be able to rig up?

We skipped Maui, but wish we spent a few days there. Kauai was amazing and everyone is happy to be working again. Very strict process with testing three days before flying and we were vaccinated as well.

I kept these in 4”x4” cups until we left. Transplanted into 2gal pots the night before leaving, knowing I’d have about a week before they would need water. @ShiskaberrySavior has a great solution to your situation. Auto drip for the bigger plants

There’s restrictions on traveling outside the country? Damn. We haven’t left the house in over a year, but now with so many people being vaccinated, we feel much safer traveling. And our government would never shut down travel, even during the height of the pandemic because some Americans would go ballistic. You know…the ones who think it’s a hoax. 1/3 of our population is refusing to get the vaccine at this point and once again, there’s an uptick in hospitalizations. I know several bands have announced tours for late summer, but will require vaccination cards to participate in the concerts.

Travel out of country ceased operations I believe middle of March here, just banned travel into canada from several countries on Friday .

We’ve had our largest city in the province locked down to local people only travellers re routed around the city. There’s talk of province to province travel restricted I believe Ontario is on lock down !

You can plumb in drip lines and a timer you’ll need a tank large enough to hold enough water to last the length your away I’d add a air stone to keep your mix aerated if more than a couple 3 days away . Pre test the amount that’s being released say per hr x by the number of times you’ve set to drip to get total amount in a 24 hr period if that makes sense .

Gotcha! Now is this drip system available at home depot or do you just build your own with tubing?

I haven’t done one but have seen them in action plastic tubing bunch of t’s a adapter into a flow control timer and a raised res gravity feed .
Everything should be at a hardware store the timer might be a hydro shop item .
