Hello guys thought I would round up the gang for a group photo haha. My plant limit in the deep South is a big fat 0 so that number has been slightly surpassed. 7 flowering girls and 9 more vegging/transitioning. As you can see I keep most of my plants small to medium sized and really just enjoy growing plants not just cannabis. A few struggling with the cold temps but starting to improve

I was going to ask some of you growers in legal states do you actually abide by the number count and do people come by the house to check?

Some of us pull permits for many plants. I don’t have one but they are cheap and readily available at different tiers.
None of us would ever break the law, ever.
I’m in Canada though.

Michigan here. No we hardly ever go over permitted plant count! Just every grow or so… lol
No one comes by. Just don’t piss off your neighbors. I don’t have neighbors… 20 acres here. I’m pretty secluded in the back.

Yeah can’t imagine any grower willingly applying to be monitored unless commercial…how ab caretakers? Any of you generous folks growing for others?

Thats exactly how i see it too. Im not hurting anyone, definitely not some criminal enterprise junkie, hopped up with reefer madness, ready to jump out the closet…yielding an axe… like some GD deranged majic show madman. I just like getting high and playing with my plants. Sure beats shooting fetynal, which i was stuck on for many years. Sober 8yrs now!!
Im in SE wisconsin, completely surround by green states and Canada to the North. Its like cruel joke… I just want to be free and have the peace of mind im not gonna go back to prison for minding my own business and being a productive and good citizen.

In the state I’m in we have a low plant count but there is no license to grow so they couldn’t just randomly show up to check. They would never even know to check unless someone complained. Good luck and stay free bro.

I am green with envy, because I have never grown without that sense of impending dread that necessitates the dire need to be very, very careful, because I am engaged in criminal activity.
I have only ever grown in prohibition states.
I am in Florida now and realize that this state will probably never, ever allow home growing. Ever.
Oh well, what’s a plant count?

Ha yeah man that’s a great point…we perpetually are looking over our shoulder. Really a damn shame too bc the environment is very suitable for outdoor cannabis growing. In an ideal world each of the 50 states could present their best and brightest outdoor crops every year to compare and contrast. Obviously that’s happening under the radar but man at least decriminalization to give people peace of mind

Yeah unfortunately, but its because of that rat faced Robin Voss in the hose committee. He and a few others are cock blocking anything cannabis. Consequently the bill dies in committee, never to make it to the house floor for a vote. Gov. Evers is trying to make it a votable issue and bypassing congress. The will of the people!

I do grow medicinaly. I have a few i take care of and by word of mouth, i have others that come to me.
My count status stays the same.
We are allowed 12 per household. 1 plant outside can produce a couple #'s .

Thats why i love michigans rec laws out of most states because i keep 10 zips in my safe 2.5 to float around town with and 12 plants to do with plus overage smokeage i say lol yeah me trying to be funny failed

CT’s rule is 6 per person (split very specifically between “3 immature” and “3 mature”) with up to 12 per household. Outdoor growing is a felony.
So far I’ve only done the one grow (but my next one is officially off the ground!), but my entire reason for starting is to have consistent access to medicinal strains. Dispensaries aren’t reliable in their supply, even for med card holders. I also provide what I can to some friends who have similar medicinal needs. Every so often I process the Already Vaped Bud (AVB or Already Been Vaped ABV) into infused coconut oil and give it to a few people as a topical/edible.
I don’t foresee any particular issue staying in the plant count (2 person household), especially since under whatever percent thc is considered not-weed from the farm bill, so tiny baby clones technically shouldn’t count? 
(I don’t actually know, but I do plan to stay under the count).
