im more suspecting and have CS routines in my mind so i just spray once or twice a day typically morning and lights off till i see pollen sacs which is typically about 10 days or so.
Though there is a timing thing if done early you dont have to spray much which can be a couple times issue is if they are already boosting into flower you have to knock back their ethylene production to convert so it takes more to do so thus my heaver spraying.
Iāve read that too much STS can be an issue, hence the āfully saturate plant every 5x days before darkā in comparison to CS which is applied daily. @JohnnyPotseed was so kind to mail me enough STS supplies to make 2000ml of concentrate so iām DETERMINED to get a system locked down cause Iām feeling that A LOT of seed runs are coming up in my future

ive found at least the STS/AgNO3 i make to be more gentle on plants vs CS which just beats the crap out of them, and still i make a 2x concentration, only reason i go so hard is ive had issues going too light.

I was given a clone of Kosher Kush which iām still growing as a mother plant. I fell in love with it after the first crop of itās citrus rich flavour + great high. I want to both preserve and share this magic so iām trying out STS.
The idea is that by spraying a Silver Thiosulfate Solution on a female plant at the start of flower & continuous intervals for a period of time it will force the plant to produce male flowers with pollen that will result in genetically female seeds.
So i have 4x clones going; 2x getting sprayed with STS and in flower, and 2x more in veg noding out in air-pots waiting for the pollen. I plan on collecting, drying and storing for the time itāll take after i flip the to-be-pollenated.

So in order to make feminized seeds you need to create pollen from a female plant, in order to do so we reverse a female plant to produce said pollen, the two most common methods are to either use Colloidal Silver āCSā or a solution of Sodium Thiosulfate and Silver Nitrate in water which people call āSTSā though thats just an abbreviation of the first part.
Anyways in order to reverse a plant like Pigeon say you start spraying just before or just at the onset of flower what this does is the plant absorbs and takes in the silver which inturn block ethylene production in the plant, doing so then makes the plant express male and produce pollen though that pollen only has XX chromosomes and when paired with another female all off spring will be female as there is no Y chromosome to allow a male to appear.

I just planted a Trizzler myself. Had a spot (and a pot) open up in the tent from chopping the Ghost Rose so I figured why not throw one in. Canāt wait to get Trizzled 
Soon as I have space Iām gonna do a sea of autos cause compared to the amount of attention required when I am working on photoperiod plants in RDWCā¦ growing a pile of autoās is something I can do while asleep
Thatās the plan for me too. Iām waiting on some one gallon air pots. Was supposed to get six but they only had 3 in stock. Got them for $6.50 a piece though! I just need the Chocolate Thai and Lavender Frosting to finish up to clear up some space so I can put the Pennywise into a flower tent by itself. Iām limited with space and since itās illegal to grow in my ālegal stateā I try to keep it at 5 because the penalties increase greatly after that. I figure I have a much better chance at defending a small obviously personal use grow as a medical patient in a legal state.

Me too man. I still donāt need a ton but Iād love to run at least 10 autos at a time.
I got the paperwork because I found a place thatāll do it for me for FREE; and rather than all eggs in 4 plants for medicine, I can now breed and grow samples! My Solocup run is 6x diff strains to see how each helps our issues. Before this it was frustrating to spend all the time growing something to find out it sparked a bad reaction (anxiety, etc) with my partner, or didnāt help my pain or focus issues. Now Iām so much less stressed out as I can grow variety, find a winner, clone and breed it, STS and seed for preservation and sharing!
Freaking wonderful tbh. I havenāt been this stable for a while and I know itās cause of the biofeedback I get from my plants
