The Doc 99ās are really cool looking plants for sure! Lovely color and fan leaf structure on the 5 I got going of those. I will grab a shot of them tomorrow and post it up for the curious. Very kind of you to gift those to people. They are nice looking plants already. I just 5 node flipped them so the fun should start soon!

Hereās a close up of the nicest looking of the 5 and a full shot of them as well. Theyāre the 4 on the left hand side and the 1 in the right front there. The rest is a bunch of other stuff. Really rich deep/vibrant color and pretty damn uniform growth and structure so far. One of them is really skunky and the others are just kinda plant life smelling so far. They also bend their fan leaves around/sideways at random times (Iām sure thereās a reason the plant does this.) just like my bewitched does and that seems to be a c99 trait from what I can tell since they both do it. You can see that in the pics as well. Really goes to show how strong some traits are in certain strains.
Iām enjoying their lovey color which is actually a great form of meditation. Staring at green plants everyday for a certain period of time helps to elevate your mood among other benefits. These are great for that just for the coloring alone! Thanks again for the trade, pf420. I hope you find the same amount of enjoyment in my creations when you get to them! Happy hunting!

Yeah I believe the sideways leaf flip thing is actually the result of the plant trying to push the old fan leaves out farther beyond the new growth (optimizing light intake) and this causes it to flip side ways as the petiole is increased in length for a short period of time.

I took a GH#1xC99 branch down way early for testing, like 7.5 weeks, hung dry for 5 days, and just smoked it with the Mrs a few days ago. I donāt typically like her to try the green stuff and instead wait for a proper cut and cure, but she was totally enamored by the looks of the bud and wanted to try. We were both pleasantly surprised with how smooth it was for being so fresh. And then it hit us! Wow, strong ass smoke. We were rolling haha! Weāre both regulars, too. She wanted to smoke it all weekend! The real deal is undoubtedly going to be a new house favorite.
