DUDE! You just reminded me that I once had 2 heavy bags.
1: chainmaille - we played war with it but it was complicated. The sack was the weight with inside being plastic pellets so it was weird to control.
2: Hemp, 32 panel, filled with led shot. - It was like GLUE to your foot, try a stall and it stuck there better than sand. The weight though was unreal and we’d tire out if using it too long.
The other heavy bag I still have. 4 panel velvet bag filled with coarse sand.
It was break dancing with a butter-ball!
