Thanks brothers, i feel sick indeed by them taking the bread out of my mouth. Even more since they do it during this financial crisis they lay upon us in Holland. :frowning:

Hello brothers. How is everybody?

I am slowly picking up the pieces and have started a new grow yesterday. The grow consist of 12 Uruzgan clone only cuts that are supposedly a 100% indica.

Not the biggest yielding strain under hps, but under led it can be a different story. I know this from my own experience with the strain S.O.G. that i grew under both lights. So there is hope that Uruzgan might yield okay when under led light. But let’s not jump ahead to conclusions and first things first.

100% indica sounds good, but honestly i have read a good plead that the difference between indica and sativa is merely a myth. What makes this strain interesting to me is that i’ve gotten it from the same source as Amnesia Haze. A strain that really made a name for itself and not in the least because i had anything to do with it. But just to let you know this could be good.

But my previous grow has taught me that even with mineral growing nothing is sure. I had some issues with clay pebbles so i decided not to go down that road again and added 75% rockwool to the mix. Anything the clay pebbles lack will be compromised that way.

Anyway, that is the idea. Why not only rock-wool? I though this was a neat way to dispose of the clay pebbles.

Super Orange Glue twenty-one days 12/12.

Watering goes by ebb and flow and the medium is good old rock-wool. I gave up on the clay pebbles, couldn’t get dialed in. Sometimes we have to take our losses and move on.

Moving the seedlings to 11literpots. The medium consists of 90/10 rock-wool/ clay pebbles with a layer of 3 centimeter of 100% clay pebbles on top. This is a buffer against algae growth since watering goes by hand the first few days.

I am moving away from the initial plan to grow in crates again. I just think two or more plants in one medium has some disadvantages, certainly when growing bigger plants.

On top they can be beneficial, since i water from the top until the plants catch on. They have no other use anymore.

Hey hamme how long are you going to grow them before flowering?

Until they all have six branches and are working on the next two. Then I will top them and switch.

Good morning!

The four seedlings that i transplanted seem to like their new shoes!

And the other seedlings are fine too and will soon move also.

:+1::muscle::muscle:they are looking good hamme that they produce big for you so that you can recover from the lost time of the last grows
If not throw a few more beans direct 12/12 from seed in the flower room en make some extra grams

Looks great @tamimes and soon as i get the hang of growing out of seed i certainly would like to try your method!

I transplanted the next four seedlings to 11literpots with 90/10 rock-wool and nuts.

So far i like the clay pebbles on top, they press down the rock wool a bit so it becomes more like big blocks. If i had new big blocks i certainly would have used them, because they are so convenient and don’t need any kind of preparation and i confess i like being lazy when the result is basically the same… But, here in Holland big blocks are very expensive and you can only use them once or twice before they break down. When you rip them into particles however they become mapito and you can use them again. To save me a buck or two this is what i did, in spite of my natural laziness!

When the hassle was done this is what it looked like.

Filling pots with any type of medium just is no fun/
four more to go and then i am done/
The other four seem to like to take it slow/
before they’re ready to go gotta grow gotta grow/
don’t like to transplant plants with these big hands/
This type a work really is crap, time to take a nap!

24 hours later it is all good. I water them a drip against the stem every now and then to prevent the rock wool cube from drying out. But perhaps they would not even need it.

The temperature is 24,5 degrees Celsius and humidity is 47%.

The cuts on rock-wool big blocks are three days and four weeks on 12/12. Watering goes by ebb and flow every other day. In my opinion by far the best way to irrigate since the plants never once get to experience drought. Look how swollen they are after only three weeks visible flowering!! Imagine coming back from a holiday and finding this:
