Some happy leaves on my black triangle, week 3 flower, and some little soil bugs I’m curious about, they are 1-2mm long, fast moving and pretty much everywhere, but don’t seem to be damaging anything.

Looks like Springtails to me. Your plants should be fine; they tend to consume rotting plant material and are common in compost.
