Great! Your information is excellent, I’m feasting on it
It never hurts to experiment with the mildew parasite. You can learn some things nobody else knows heh heh.
I tried that too. Worked maybe 5 days the first time and then less and less and finally the PM didn’t mind it.
Are we able to see pics of ur space? I’m kinda curoous
Unfortunately, beacher hasn’t been seen for over a year. He came back to say the powdery mildew was toast and he was focusing on problems not related to his grow. If you look at his old thread, you can see images of his multiple grow tents and the mildew-free crops he produced.
Hey guys after wanting to quit growing , you all know how it starts, week 4 you see a spot or 2 so your spot treating reading entire internet and early chopping by week 8 you have this pitiful harvest and you realize how much you missed.
I have beat the pm for a couple years now . Skimmed thew the thread just wanted to add my 2 cents. Not sure if they have been mentioned .
Once you see it you are fighting a losing battle . I didn’t see Sulphur burners mentioned imo helped limp to harvest . Also em1 foliar eats that shit but leaves are toast afterwards . Also my best tip was adding a 20 inch box fans and taping 3m allergen 20x20 furnace filter to the back of the fan . You have to spend the money and get the filters that will catch bacteria and pollen ect . But I believe this saved some plants and I still use it years after .
Prevent prevent prevent triple check environment. I ended up beating it using neem oil bi-weekly during veg not that I ever saw it during veg but… Washing plants with peppermint soap then applied Sulphur before flipping .
Just wanted to add the bit about the filter/ fan. Was a priceless tip from an old timer. Also uvb and or vaporizing Sulphur between runs as it will kill any hidden spores . Good luck don’t wish pm on anyone.
ugh, unfortunately the environment has nothing to do with the mildew. Just don’t bring in contaminated plant material and you will remain mildew free. There is no need for fancy air purification, it’s a waste of money and at best is a magical dance, not linking cause and effect. Just some food for thought. If you want, I can propose an experiment to prove that spores are not going to re-infest your grow.
I just want to thank you again @JoeCrowe. After following your method exactly I have been PM free for 6 months.
I had two plants in my garden that were getting PM every time in flower. Tried a few different PM products that claimed to stop it but it would always come back. One plant would always get it so I ended up culling it before I found @JoeCrowe method.
After following the protocol I have not seen any PM at all. I’m over my PM PTSD
Thanks for your report, and you are more than welcome as well. Spread the word, everyone can kill it so easily!
The nuclear sulfer soak has commenced.
Im not sure if noticeable, but they got sprayed, heavily.
Will update at lights on with pics and report.
False information. Spores exist.
lol! I was wondering when you would get triggered. Good humor. Hey just wait vernal, there’s another person going to come on in a bit and prove you wrong. Don’t you get tired of it? OMG stop it, you’re killing me! Oh hey though, on a different note, you want me to complete that psychological diagnosis? I’ve detected a pathology you probably want to know about.
You sprayed your plants with sulfur mid flower?
They are seeded plants, i dont plan to smoke them
hey vernal, you should tell everyone here when they should expect these mystical spores you say exist without proof, to hatch and re-infest their rooms. Just pick a random person and tell them the day it’ll happen, I want to see that lol!

tell me about your mother…boy I hope you know internet forum psychology as well as you draw
Point is, you can get PM from spores, same as you can get botrytis from spores, just as you can get beer from wild yeast.
I’m also curious about @vernal s inner demons and the torment they cause.
ok tell me where this spore is located. On the ceiling? perhaps the floor? Please tell me so I can induce a powdery mildew infestation on my plants. I’ll rub those plant leaves on any surface in my grow, just tell me where the spores are.
you are an abusive narcissist that uses systems of abuse to limit the conversation to only things that you already believe in. Rather than allow people to LEARN, you spout on endlessly. Now, nobody even wants to hear the crap you are trying to tell people, because you’ve lost all credibility by endlessly claiming nothing I say is real. When people come in here, and thank me for solving their problems, you are really triggered, because it wasn’t you and your poison that got the kudos. How dare I absorb thanks for knowing more than you?
The spore goes in the air. The air from outside, becomes the air inside. How do you keep getting botrytis? Spores.
“systems of abuse” lol you’ve always had quite the flair for dramatics. The “i’m a legit psychologist” bit is just extra juicy.
ok so you are making the claim that these powdery mildew spores are “in the air” alright are they suspended forever or do these spores land on something eventually?
