I have always made hash with bubble bags and water extraction. Was talking to @JohnnyPotseed the other day and he said he uses the dry ice method. So I figured I would give it a shot.
Ground up what I had and ended up with a guesstimate of about 3 ounces or so for the process.
Water extraction takes me about 6 hrs to get the whole process done.
The dry ice method took me about a half hour total.
Here is the haul from about 3 ounces of trim and popcorn buds:
No more water extraction for me… dry ice is a world easier…

There’s an added ‘bonus’ to the process I neglected to tell ya. After you’re done with the hash extraction, take a bucket with the ice in it and add some water. Place it in your tent or room with the plants, they’ll love ya for it! But wait until you have it where you going to leave it while the dry ice melts lol It’s gonna kick off a shitload of Co2 smoke/fog!
edit… I’m too damn high! I meant Co2 not nitrogen!

btw lol I don’t use that set of Bubble Bags anymore. Now I just use the 220micron work bag…anyone wanna buy a slightly used (read very used) set? lol

it was a joke, sorry lol they’re the 5gal, but very very used lol I wouldn’t even give them to someone for fear they’d fall apart!
edit… When I say very very…trust me. You DON’T want em! I used the shit outta them poor things! I’m talking many pounds ran through em! They’re just packed away and I haven’t gotten around to cleaning out stuff and tossing them.
