Have you seen this before? A giant this young?

These plants are all the same age. One of them is a giant for its age. I call it Andre.

group shot: Back row left and middle are Spirit Train they are having some yellowing issues. Back row right is Wish Bone.

Middle row and Andrea are suppose to be two Gorilla Glue plants and two Northern Lights.

Front row is an unknown and Andrea

A giant this young?

But…you didn’t include the age in your post. It looks great, as do most of the others, but it’s very hard to answer your question without knowing the age.

You say the strain is unknown, as is the one next to it. Do you even know if they’re the same strain?

As Webb Wilder once said… “Hybrid Vigor?”
It will be interesting to see what comes from it. and just so ya knows…
About 65% of the time, a hundred percent of the tall ones are males.

Its not just tall its big in every way.

They are 18 days old. I started them ten days after I chopped my last grow on may 10th.

It’s a freak! Looks good to me though. I’ve been watching that Lizzo show so maybe I’m biased.

Andrea and the one behind it middle row right are suppose to be Northern lights. The other two in the middle are suppose to be gorilla glue.

Could be that that plant germed first and hit fast growth first.

It will be a nice one to keep an eye on. The Ogre was found this way… it was a freak one-off seedling that was kept when it outgrew all its siblings and is still around 20 years later

I was specifically referring to the original Ogre we found in a hunt of Sensi Star seeds at Compassionate Caregivers in Oaksterdam around 2003… I see there are a few other crosses popping up in Google results

Northern Lights is Afghani x Thai, so it makes sense that at least one pheno from that lineage would grow larger than its siblings and at a quicker rate.

My experience also tells me that because it has grown larger and quicker than it’s siblings, this plant has a high probability of being male.

Is there a difference???
