Heavy Chamomile strain

Has anyone came across any strains that carry a heavy chamomile taste consistently?

About 20 odd years ago a buddy of mine (now passed) got some buds that when smoked were like a superbly calming strong chamomile tea, that was the only bag he could get hold of and he told me he tried many times after that to get more without success

I moved back to my home town 9 years later, we then caught up an where both still talking about it like it was yesterday, it was that memorable

I’d like to get something the same or very similar, I’m in no rush as I’ve got other projects on atm, just really wanted to do research on potential strains and to understand terpienes that make chamomile, if anyone knows what direction on strain selection ect I’d appreciate the help

I have no direct knowledge of cannabis that is like chamomile, but I searched what terpenes were present in it, and came up with this. I have no affiliation or knowledge of the source, it is a random one I chose out of a list, but this terpene is in both:

It sounds like a great experience, so I will follow your search! Good luck on finding something!

Somebody could’ve just stored their stash in the same place as their tea bags back in the day as well. Haha

I had thought of that or maybe even grown with chamomile tea in the feeding schedule of the plants :person_shrugging: it was all just theory’s we’d came up with at the time.
But I think it’s pretty cool that it looks to be carried in a few lines as a secondary terp

I can’t remember which strain it was but I had something from Mt. Zion Seed cooperative that was very floral, it was maybe a little more powdery than chamomile but it was there that like chamomile tea bag flavor. A THC dominant strain that’s high in bisabolol is pink kush and @Kyumonryu has some pink kush projects going on.
