You may want some reflective materials n the walls. If you are using the lamp I would want a an agrobrite sixty five watt CFL bulb or two. You can get a y connector for the lamp and run two bulbs for one hundred thirty watts that will be plenty for the space and three or four small plants. I would also advise a catch tray for the water. I got mine from tractor supply it was supposed to go under a rabbit hutch. Its black plastic and works great.

Adding to what @Trowertripper said, get you some large cardboard boxes and some reflective Mylar film from Amazon. Tape your boxes so they remain flat, tape your film to the cardboard and you have a quick, easy and inexpensive reflective walls for your grow space.
