HEPA Filter or Tower Fan to avoid mold

I am about to get a small fan (or HEPA Filter) to run inside the tent while the lights are out, in order to dissipate high humidity to try and control mold. Or to avoid it altogether.

Would you use a 3 speed HEPA Filter like this one:

Or an oscillating Tower Fan like this one:

I like the oscillator type for air movement. You can get them with a hepa filter also.

Any way, you can mitigate the humidity, or are you unable to keep the Tropics :palm_tree: out of your garden?
