I mean I had a fold able knife Swiss army knock off but i was like 10. After that the only knives I saw were used in home invasions in the city. I don’t have an in-between but I have spent x mas even in my own house in my boxers with a gun to my head while a gang rummaged through my house.

I have been through 3 home invasion that were not by police, I know how that goes. The trick is to not let those experiences define who you are.

That is sad man. I believe if a person can’t handle everyday life with out opiates they are fucked when something bad happens. Being uncomfortable, can be an asset ,feeling to good can be a weakness. I hate opiates. My mom was hooked for several years. I watched her cold turkey sweat it out on a couch for quite a while, but she is very happy now off of it.

I have a mix of EDC blades. I always have at least 2 blades on me at any given time. Just depends on where I’m going as to what I carry. I didn’t picture the mora fixed blade I carry on my coat all the time but really only use it at work.

I wont ever carry a weapon just cause of risk. Fuck I hope I don’t have to go through a 3rd one. I am hoping moving out of the city solved that.

Man, we are in a time where people get scared and offended over everything. Even something as useful as a cutting tool. They believe that somehow we no longer have any need for anything that evolved the human race to where its at now (good or bad) and think if they can’t trust themselves with somthing then noone else should have it.

I am talking about carrying a cutting tool lol or gun to a weed deal. I am talking about irresponsible humans who police don’t know about. I have always put pressure and tried to smack them in line. My instinct.
Soo then on a post aimed at knife enthusiasts you had to come in acting as a hard a/f weed dealer to tell everyone knives are bad because you decided to live a life in a dangerous “profession” ruled by money and violence…

I use my knife to cut string break breast bones on elk, and gut em. Skin em. Everything down to butchering. They are great for gutting fish. Any animal, hell we did a bear not to many years back. We use them for everything. They are tools. People in this thread seem to think they are automatically weapons, well it depends on what you use it for, just like a damn baseball bat. Is it for baseball? Or beating the shit out the dude that cut you off??

I am saying ever knife enthusiast I met .my experience were small, resentful and felt like everyone was after them.(city) I lived in a 25 story building with my mom on disability. 25 floors of drug dealers. \The ones who obsessed with weapons were douche bags. I don’t choose douche bags or encourage douchbagery . You got a little pocket knife you like for some reason you walk around with no one cares but if your trying to intimidate people or feel you can just cause you carry a lil weapon well some people will make you eat that weapon in protection of good.
