Seems like he is constantly improving on the generations to get toward what he wants. Appalachia is going on 20 years old now. I know that those F2’d strains sold out fast so may be why he did F2’s of them and the first green crack bx didn’t work out for most people so he is trying it again. He says the Southern Gothic is better than Irene.

Day 64 of flower — first two are the south coast (east coast sour diesel cut x ((Irene kush cut x Appalachia) #10 and #7, then muleskinner (gmo x Appalachia) #1 last. Going to take them down on day 70.
The profiles are loud loud and translates to flavor; south coast #7 has a lemony soapy bright perfumey profile that’s amazing, #10 has a more deep herbal perfumey thing going, Muleskinner is oniony chemdog. All three are flavor town — phenomenal profiles and flavors.

So far my impression is based on one expression; came out phenomenal — got a very gmo garlic oniony expression that I hear could cure into a different profile. Flowering two new sisters now and sexing 4 others at the moment. Super greasy bud, great leaf to calyx ratio made trimming easy. I love the smell unburned and burned. Nice high, but I can only enjoy the high if I’m not smoking haze before hand — the haze crosses ive been smoking will steal the thunder of most more-BLD stuff.
