i get the impression you’ve been around the block a few times and seen a few things and maybe done a few more things yourself (lol!), so coming from a long-time gardener and an old soul like you, that means so very much to me.
there’s a quote i’ve been thinking about recently when i think of you. it goes something like this… “i have loved the stars too fondly to be fearful of the night.”
this quote reminds me of the brightness and beauty that we’re capable of sharing with one another, even when we don’t realize it’s happening. the greatest people i’ve met in my life will forever be enshrined in my memories and their spirit will forever live on to help guide me, especially in the darkest of times.
