Rollitup sock : one who jerks off in front of a mirror.

Ah? Ah😑

Sock = forum speak for a dummy acct, for the purpose of shit talking outside of one’s usual forum identity.

That’s the funniest thing I’ve read on the internet today. Thanks for the chuckles.

Amazing how fast engorged egos can derail an interesting thread…

Would love to see the garbage cleaned up so it’s readable again.

I use mapito (in the usa growpito)as a medium im reusing this same mapito for more than 3 years non stop only a few times a year i wash it and planting continues all infected roots are still in this mapito and i do recirculating ebb and flow
So if 1 plant is infected EVERYTHING is infected( pumps, hoses ,tank ,pots ,growmedium, everything
As i tipped before using h202 in my recirculating tank this h2o2 will oxidize every pathogen viroids ect ect
You can not run bleach while you have plants growing
Most studies talk about bleach to disinfect tools pots ect ect and it is cheap and everywhere available
The stabilized h2o2 you can only buy if you are an agri company or professional cleaner
Most studys on that hplvd are done on plants grown on soil and if grown on rockwool they throw it away after 1 grow
Im reusing this shit over and over again and im doing test now how to beat (outrun) hplvd
I can do as everybody throw away everything ,sterilize and start clean and fresh
But then we know nothing and areinformed only by googling what some studies will tell us
Do you think one of those mega companies will post some easy solutions for us to use? Or will the come with a secret formula in de future for us to buy for a lot of money? Same is happening with the cannabis fertilizer industry
Im posting my findings @shag s threads if you are intersted have a look but i wont go in discussions about its not working ect ect unless you did some testing yourself

I believe this 100%

Know what else you can use? Milk.

Just chiming in to say “Is this guy for real!?

ReikoX taught us all the importance of sterilizing tools with bleach. Thanks for teaching us the hard way, amigo!

I may have an interesting bit here:

" Hop plants infected by hop latent viroid (HLVd) were found to be viroid-free after 2 weeks at 35°C in vitro (Matousek et al., 1995). "

Of course, keeping a cannabis plant at 35°C for 2 weeks doesn’t do it a world of good either, but it won’t kill it either when properly cared for. So we can probably cure pot plants of HLVD.

Why did We Infect People With Malaria to Treat Illness?.

TLDR malaria induced fever cures syphilis.

You’re telling me the shit kicker shed was actually a viroid killing factory? Who knew!

By extension, an old school sealed room running CO² on high temps look like a good trick ^^

HPS cures HLVD. You read it here.

Our bro science is victorious on Californian HLVD then. Unleash the 1KW HPS, use CO² over to be taxed on it, paint the wall of your greenhouse in black and give a glorious return to all tropicals and hazes of all forms in the game. Holly molly, no more kush everywhere, 28 May is gonna be a religious date for me :innocent:

We have previously shown that the cultivation of HLVd infected hop at temperatures above the standard cultivation temperature of 25 to 36°C for 5 days (the heat treatment cycle) allows plants to survive without significant morphological damage and, at the same time, the
level of viroid is decreased dramatically (Matousˇek et al.,
1995). After the subsequent application of four such heat treatment cycles, the content of viroid decreases gradually from approximately 33 to 2 pg/mg of fresh leaf tissue
and some plants appear viroid-free. However, as a rule,
the viroid level eventually recovers to the original level
after 6 months or longer of no further treatment.
We
proposed that a nucleolytic complex is activated by the
thermal stress and leads to viroid degradation (Matousˇek et al., 1995). To check whether the long posttreatment recovery of viroid level is due to sequence changes
in the surviving molecules, we analysed the sequence
variation of HLVd after the heat treatment and during
subsequent recovery of HLVd levels.

Do you have a link to the 10 day one? This says after 5 days of heat treatment the virus mutates and will recover whenever heat treatment is over.
