Nice man I’m really curios to see how these do! I’m in MO too but close to KC, would love to throw a couple plants outside but my neighborhood is way too residential and I would have some unhappy neighbors lol.

 i would be like Johnny Pot seed  trying to find a spot :face_with_peeking_eye::thinking::grin: when i was living in south Mississippi (illegal state at the time) i made a veggie garden right in backyard close to house we had a 2 acre lot rectangle shape neighbors on both sides lot was only like 3/4 acre wide i had plants hide all over the place :rofl::joy: i even built a small hoop house way in the back because people would ask whats in the green house ? I be like food , herbs and stuff :smirk: and they be like “ok cool” most people are just to lazy to go walk and see  i used the white ish plastic so the couldn’t just see through it and the door was on the backside  very inconvenient it worked i never had an issue but i didn’t have any traffic either and only 2-3 people knew that i even grew pot , people only know what you tell them , not saying to go for it but im a crazy fkr lol if i lived in the “city” oh man i dont know what i would do  i guess probably some gorilla grows carrying compost on my back :rofl::joy::rofl: dude i hate pots bro its so much more work its crazy , i still do it for preservation projects and seed runs n stuff but man thats the thing i dread the most :rofl::joy::rofl:

Man I’ve thought about trying to put a little hoop house back there actually! My wife wants chickens so I don’t think people would bat an eye about that lol, plus we do have a big veggie garden already too. I might be able to hide an auto out there behind something tall lol. Our yard is big too but it’s really empty too so everything is pretty exposed, but gets great sun lol. Once we get some more trees in and they’re a little bigger I might be able to hide some around lol. I don’t mind growing in pots inside at least though, mine are in 20gallon pots though so they’re a little easier to manage for me

:flushed: holy shit dude hard to move around i bet
My “indoor” is a indoor outdoor hybrid it has an open floor so i plant in the ground there too   i guess it is kinda cheating in a way :rofl::joy::rofl:

It sounds like you should go get a bag or 2 of dry beans like blackeye beans or a tall vine type like it and broadcast them thick like and put trellis on each side like a blind  they will blend right in with all that green  especially from a distance

Man honestly thats kind of awesome you can go in the ground inside  cheating or not thats not a bad way to go! And yea I treat them more like a no till setup and dont move them around too much, I just pulled them out of the tent to dry everything, and then they’re going right back in and won’t have to move them for awhile. I usually just scratch in some fresh compost and amendments into the top inch or two of soil.

Definitely a little annoying to work around right now but only a little while longer to dry them all lol.

Thats how i used to do it in Mississippi then was like hmmm and built my first walled raised bed like then when i moved up here and built my “grow shed” at the edge of my old growth hickory forrest i really wanted to be able to tap into all that myceliule network and old growth “intelligence” i cut down and milled the cedar for lumber used hay and fan fold for insulation the only thing i payed for really was screws and tin as far as the building itself oh and a bag of lime the base is a style of cob i picked up chunks of red granite and made a mortar with clay and creek fines 9 x 12 x 12 i think i got like 300$ in it not counting the tin i got the door at an auction of like 10$ im a cheap bastard so if i can make it or build it myself im going to  and im a master plumber so i can just about do anything :grin::rofl::joy::rofl: ps i am pretty proud how the shed turned out it does really well even in January February when the ground is froze
