These are the most vigorous so far but they are in a more established area from a couple seasons ago it went fallow last year
Baby grasshoppers tried to get em
but they grew straight through that shit lol

Just so yall know this area ive circled is the spot i buried that skunk this past winter
so we shall see if it effects the terp profile. Ive been very curious about this for quite some time now

Lady’s and Gentlemen please allow me to introduce: Holy Sassafras terps are sassafras gas incense ATM i imagine some growth in the profile
Forced to grow in a column structure by planting super close together I’m talking inches apart and I ruled with an iron fist culling many at a time and grew in freshly broken soil in the poorest of conditions

There’s many different expressions to be found a sweeter root beer expression and some that are extremely hard to describe but I must say that all my “hopes” in possible expressions have been fulfilled and then some
and a few expressions that are of a much longer flowering time which I expect to be of a Oaxacan X Peshewar profile with maybe Sassafras on the backend but this is only theory “for now”

They’re in line here to be opened with some landraces, hehehe. I’m increasing my flora… I’ll have a height of at least 3 meters, I can take it up to 4.5 meters… Almost like Nevil in the castle, hahahahahaha…
And that pine and incense vibe… wow… that really interests me…
Pine is my favorite flavor, next to incense, hehehe…
This jewel of yours will be very well cared for and selected here, brother…
I want to keep a copy of it so I can always have it in the garden…

And please let me know good or bad all findings are welcome my friend and I have thousands so no worries I’ll send more if necessary so you can find something you love and can keep around by cut or seed form however you prefer I’m also moving the line forward and selecting probably pulling a few lines from it I definitely intend to pull the root beer pheno into a separate line (it has no name yet ) PS I have found true transparency is best in a market riddled with deceit and deception so folks who choose to grow my gear won’t find no fukery in my lines all bred from Landraces except Holy Sassafras which is still 75% Landrace lineage is kosher Kitty X (70s Oaxacan x 70s Peshewar) 100% transparency

How did it take me this long to find this little corner of OG? This is an awesome project you’ve got going on here, I can’t wait to see where it leads! I’ve been searching up and down trying to find a solid source of rootbeer/sassafras terps. Best of luck with the end of the run @drgreensleeves I’ll be watching and drooling from over here.

@SassafrasCat I figured it was only a matter of time before I seen you around here with a name like that and if you have any experience with the Sassafras tree you now the “berries” it produces? If you bite into one it’s exactly what the “mom” of holy Sassafras’s terp profile is they are Not a fruit berry but more like a magnolia berry very astringent and as soon as you break the skin instantly rethink your decision making processes
