Btw, when I was sexing my clone only strains crosses this year, male pollens accidentally landed on a couple females of my clone only crosses when they were being sexed…I noticed some seed pods on a couple females that were being revegged. I’m totally excited about that and might grow them next year…I won’t know what cross it would be but it should be good…

My guess is trainwreck is left and the catpiss on the right. Cat Piss is one of my favorites. I have 3 seeds of it from pacific seed bank/growers choice(they were free).

Not sure but I know that it was the clone only one that was being passed around 25 years ago…it was not in seed form…

I didn’t even know there were different ones. I always just assumed cat piss was clone only/ssh.People would get it cheaper in bulk from growers and it would be resold around the country. I would get it as “mids” and my first thought when i got it was “Cat Piss”. I didn’t even know it was a strain till after🤣

Back in the day we never sold any clones or clone only strains…We all passed around for free or traded it and didn’t even charge for postage…I was a clone only strain whore back then…

I was talking about the flower, back then before Bluedream cookies took off(wish they never happened) old/rare stuff was around, diesel was common, cat piss was, G13/crosses and skunk flower would pop up once in awhile. You had to be a grower and have connections to get g13/skunk but it was still around before bluedream and cookies. The guy i knew grew and knew people so he would get imported stuff/homegrown rather then pushing medical cali.

I had Bluedream, when it was a clone only strain back in the day…I am growing NYCD F2’s right now…I also had 3 different verions of clone only strains of G13’s…I had the real deal clone only plants ship thru USPS mail not seeds…

From what i know there was two, the original which no one besides the crew had their hands on that. The smoke was terrible with a short sickening high for 15 or so mins. Was used for concentrate. Boogie knew them and would extract/have it tested for them. He showed me the results oneday while talking about bluedream and it the thc was crazy high. Then other bluedream is the one we know as blue dream that took over the market. A lot of people scrapped their genetics to profit off it because it was hyped like cookies, gelato, runtz. So the flower was everywhere and it was challenging to find any flower that wasn’t Blue dream at the time unless you knew growers with diesel, kushes, ect. Boogie was also close with the crew of GG, they would literally smoke and drink together at Boogies place and told him oneday that gg was a hermie chem seed.

NYCD is interesting, both Somas and Aj’s were popular. I liked Somas and personally don’t care for aj’s. I’m curious how the g13 terps are, the original one reminded me of rotted smoked wood with black pepper/incense.

To be fair it’s common for them to just hunt a seed from another breeder then make up a bullshit story. Carolina reaper/pepper x are a lie.I always knew something was up and once i tried a 7 pot and mustard it was obvious to me that all he did was stabilize a pheno making up bullshit stories. The same person created both peppers that Ed hunted and claimed to create.

true or just rename or steal a name for instance g13snobud aka catpiss clone only is extremely “hazey” while g13 is heavy if not all BLD so it would seem the g13 name was used to increase interest in the snobud variety because I find zero connection in the 2 but “g13” actually means “classified” or “top secret” so who knows
