how long do i have till i cant edit posts anymore??

For normal posts there is 30 days limit. But that can be extended:
Option 1:
You can turn your post into “wiki post” so it can be edited indefinitely.
There is a catch - wiki posts are meant for shared database of community knowledge. They are editable by all users of trustlevel 1+. For safety reasons post editing history is kept so you can undo some changes.
Just use 
icon below the post and then “Make Wiki”.
Option 2:
If you reach status “Leader” you can edit anyone’s posts anytime.

can we turn in to wiki post at any time or only during that 30 days ?

oh ok well 30 days is perfect. I should have it finished in the next week. Its really basic. thanks a lot man 
Once you are trust level 3 (see permissions) you can turn your own posts into wiki anytime.

@lotus710, I’ve forgot to add that you are Leader (trust level 4) and one of your privileges is that you can edit anyone’s posts anytime
