The Iroquois got seeds originally from the Aztecs over 500 years ago, brought it North, and then 2 + centuries later ( later 1700’s) mixed in ol’ Ben’s ( probably Indian, at the time including Pakistan) stash. Judging from the phenos I’m hearing about, it was something rather short that Ben gifted. Pakistani is my guess
