Hello, I’m new to the community and have been unable to figure out how to comment on other threads or reply to comments on other threads and was hoping someone could help me out.

There are buttons either at the bottom of each message, or at the end of a thread.
The lil one replies to the specific message, the big one replies to the general thread.
You can also select text (hold on a mobile device, or select with a cursor) and click "Quote " to reply to a specific line
