I learned the “mustudu” for good quality smoke back then on O.G. , when this journey with maryjane began to mean more than just euphoria and munchies.
The step of curing your harvest (snappy cracking buds stems) in closed jar 3/4 full and airing them open 10-15min each days, and less if very dry. etc…
It made the smoke so so much better, even tasting sweetness (also: cleaning teeth before smoke helps tasting the sweetness better, that’s where I truly become aware of it)
and those flavours:kept inside the herb: locked-in!, … the bud texture, the hand grinding. Unbelievable, this was like learning some new level shit 
But seriously, like anyone improving their craft, cuisine, etc…this elevates the grower’s status.
