Sup man, from what I’ve read it really depends on how the HOCl was made. Solutions made w/ membranes to separate the ions into HOCl and NaOH do not require pH adjustment to be kept as HOCl. Solutions made w/o membranes like the $20 amazon deals, do require pH management to keep the solution stable as HOCl.
