No Sir, nothing recently sent your way! B.W. was last

But the good news that I can share, is my old friend with the 70% sand garden, is going to let me grow Old Toby (Syrian x Lebanese), In-ground there this Summer. @drgreensleeves

We have a great history in that dirt

Worked a couple Acapulco Golds from Nukeheads into the effort as well. … off to a great start even before we get them dirty @Upstate

Here’s to a great Summer @Sodapop

I sent those to you last year.

I thought I sent some to you bud but maybe I missed it somehow! @ThcTattedGenetics is right, I had about 3 international that I just couldn’t get delivered even after a few tries and 2 US letters were returned on address one to CA and NY. I’ve been having problems with like literally anything making it to their destination since February, I think 2 of the 8 letters I’ve sent since February have made it.

How was that Kona Gold? @Magu it seems to be a year for it, I’ve seen a bunch of breeders posting KG this year and the ending of last

Okay buddy I just pollinated. I keep mixing you and @Magu up. @Magu I pollinated that one too. Not going to be a lot of seeds but they will be fresh

No problem, I’m sorry they never got there. I know you got a lot of beans and a lot of plants in the garden as is. There’s going to be a continent source of my KG seeds soon that I’m hoping can get it to all the growmies who I wasn’t able to get them too.

It was the last minute decision, the old Phuk-it, and now I have a few more that are wet. If its happening, we’re getting a good one (or 3) @Sodapop

These are all strains over my Pay-grade, something about Old Toby threw some immediacy into play.

Thats all it took

I never grew them myself but the ones I sent to @Upstate came from an old guy that lives on the big Island. He was a really nice guy

@Upstate . Thank you very much for taking the time to grow these out. I know you are a very busy fellow.

Sounds like you entrusted true gold to someone who’s well equipped to keep it alive and well! I hope I can get a chance to grow them out one day myself.

I just grew some tiny plants to make a mini batch of seed for a friend. Nothing photo worthy.
@Magu no problem brother

Just doing a solid for a bud, that’s really awesome. Well I bet it’s great growing even in small scale, have a great weekend.

There were 2 Kona males, one female and two very sad stragglers. I babied the stragglers at least 6 weeks i bet, and they’re growing good now, but still unsexed. I collected pollen from the 2 males, and hit the lone female. when the last 2 flower, I’ll still use them in the preservation. This one is flowering on the slower side. Definitely not an 8 weeker. I’m hoping for around 11/12 weeks

@Sodapop i try to help out solid OG’s if I’m in a position to do so😁

2 males and 1 female ended up being my exact set up and my friend flowered out the 2 slow flowers! They were much sweeter and skunk like in profile.

That is very interesting. Thank you so much. I just went through an ordeal of trying to germinate several different strains of old seed that I had held for at least 30 years. It was a blood bath.
