OG has taken steps thats built in that removes sensitive data such as dates and IP addresses from photos uploaded to the site.

Might think so and perhaps some of these are effective. On the subject of photos though. Dates persist in file names since windows uses the date to help uniquely name the images it saves. Unless you deliberately save the pic as another name it may still have that date info.
