Thatā€™s tough, and I second the person saying variety is important. Iā€™ve never smoked a single strain Id want to only have that one variety for lifeā€¦ If I did have to choose Iā€™d choose either a truly pure Sativa cross of several top worked and selected landrace strains that have that lets get to work and have fun while doing so, super positive feel good bright effects. Or maybe a clean potent similar sativa, crossed to some rare potent landrace, worked indica at F1 stage. That way I could search for sativa leaning phenos and the same with indicas. Doing that would give you great variation to work with.

Probably a nice Hindu kush or old white widow but itā€™s a hard one I like variety and the full spectrum of cannabis it be easier if your a sativa only or indica only kinda person guess you could take a good polyhybrid F1 then try and segregate the different phenos into lines from f2 and on so you have some variety at least even if itā€™s only from the one source least it be a bit different cos being stuck with only one variety forever would suck imo even your favourite I reckon you will get bored of it eventually

Something like (Colombian Gold Ɨ Thai stick strain) x (Deep Chunk x Iranian)

Or maybe (Red Kalamata Ɨ pure Laos mix) x (Molokai frost x Pakistan hash plant) or any variations, maybe more sativa dominant or less depending on tastes. Just throwing combinations out there that should produce very diverse and unique cannabinoids that through searching and some work could create several unique strains. I think this way it would take a lot longer to get boredā€¦
