Dear Overgrow Community,

I want to take a moment to share some deeply saddening news that I recently received from Pete’s wife, Cindy.

On January 25, 2025, Pete lost his battle with cancer. He passed away at home, surrounded by his family. Cindy expressed her hopes that this message would reach all of you who knew and supported Pete throughout his time with us.

Pete was a valued member of our community, known not just for his contributions and passion for growing but also for the friendships he built along the way.

Let’s take a moment to remember Pete. If you have a story or memory about him, I’d love for you to share it in the comments.

Sad news, his family is in my thoughts today. I never got a chance to talk with him but from all that I read of his here, he will be sorely missed :pensive:.

Really sad news, he was a great member and a great person. I didn’t have alot of interaction with him, but from the few times i did he seemed like a great person.
