Since this place seems so welcoming I figure I’d start a continuous journal, as it seems I’ve noticed a few ppl with that format.

Right now, I’m on day 33 of flowering with multiple cultivars.

BODHI
2x Spring Break(Jager Anise x 88G13/HP)
2x Shakedown Street(Chem D x Wookie 15)

MMS
1x PsychWard(Psyche x Deadly Sativa)

TENGU SEED CO
1x Original Diesel x Molokai Frost

Little bit about my setup n then ill get to somr pics. 5x5 flowering tent, 600watt MH or HPS, 12" above canopy, 8" exhaust w/ carbon filter, 6" oscillating tent pole clip on fan.

3 gal plastic pots, Fox Farms Ocean Forest to start. Once depleted, start to replenish bi-weekly w/ topdressings of 1TB gypsum, 1TB Azomite, 1/4 C EWC, watered in with 1tsp gallon epsom salts. Every 3 weeks topdressing w Dr Earth Flower Girl and/or Dr Earth Tomato Vegetable Herb at a rate of 2TB per gal of soil and 1/4 C EWC. Also 1x weekly of SLF100 at 1tsp per gal of h20.

11/13 light schedule, 82F 42-44RH during lights on, dips to as low as 64F 44-52RH lights out.

I use tap water and i let it sit before using. I dont PH anything, i randomly/occasionally check the runoff which is usually between 6.4 and 6.6

These r my last 2 that i have that ive actually been able to fully grow withoit being male.or other issues I’ve had…moving, animals, kids lol. Wish i wouldbe been able to.grab some more of them but it’s whatever, i have 2 and hopefully 1 will b special and if not then on to the next adventure, which im in the middle of trying to decide what to run after these?? I have everything backed up to have 1 more run and decide whether or not what to keep,?

So i switched over my MH to HPS, just goofing around, kinda experimenting. Ive ran the MH thru week 5 and my thought is during the bulking up stage, give them a little more light intensity and the typical fall spectrum to help with this phase. Sincw this a seed run I expect to run a little longer so I’m gonna run the HPS from the beginning of week 6 (day 35) to the beginning of week 9 so 3 weeks of HPS then switxh back to the MH to finish off!! Guess we’ll c what happens, lol!! Also did a super lighy defol today!! Thanks for stopping by!!

I usually finish with the HPS, it seems to fatten and rippen up the buds a hair better…but nice setup!! I need to start thread myself!

I have actually tried LEDs in the past Bc i moved to the SW from NY. Not a fan honestly, coukdnt get anything dialed in. I’m jist so used to HPS and MH, ill deal w the heat and ventilation, plus the yields and quality i got when running the LEDs was less rhan subpar, and again tho that may have been my fault on the learning curve.

Top o the morning fellow OG’ers!! Finally got around to transplanting all of backups to my backups dog lol, sorry inside joke. Anywho, everybody got some new shoes today in anticipation of moving into flower in the next couple of weeks. Ill hold onto potential mothers until i get a chance to sample everything. Ive ran into some issues w the OD x MF, thinking a Cal deficiency coupled w an overfeeding which was my fault?!?! Trying to straighten her out, we shall c tho. Definitely seems like she could b a yielder when dialed in and i know the diesels can b difficult sometimes to dial in but we’ll get there. Anywho, not much to show as i rly hate HPS pics so jist a lil something w their new shoes!!

Evening all!! Ill post some pic updates tonite, but wanted to c what everyone thought i should run next. Have backups of everything im gonna run 1 more time after this to decide if there is anything worth keeping then ill get into another seed run. Heres my options im thinking about;

I need to work on my training some more, i feel i misused alot of space this round. I try to tell myself its from growing reg seeds and i always try and plan for extra just in case. I did have a few i needed to cull due to intersex issues so i wpuld have had 2 or 3 more girls in there, idk, were always the most critical of ourselves. Advice and opinions welcome!!

I think you did well with your training. You could wait to up pot until you sex the plants. That will allow for more adjustment after you know what you’re working with. If you had too many males you could increase your soil size for bigger plants or run a couple more seeds to increase plant count.

Really though your plants look great and happy. I don’t think you need to change anything.

As far as your strain list goes unfortunately I’m too much of a rookie to assist there. Good luck though!

So i actually just chopped one of the Spring Break at day 55, under the scope she was alrdy showing alot of amber on multiple different sites. The 1 sample i took a few days prior absolutely remeinded me of peach snapple or a peach jolly rancher ot was weird, ive never tasted anything like that, it was also super smooth. Again tho, that was an esrly sample and ill b able to give a better writeup when shes dryed and then another during/after cure. My wife told me i was nuts as she didnt get that at all, i dont quite remeber what she said tho lol. Smell wise she hasnt rly put off anything to discernable. The other Spring Break still going has more of a pukey rancid smell to it. Notbsure where thats coming from tho, im quite unfamiliar w the Jager Anise. Anywho, ill try n post up some current pics tonite when the girls wake up and give an uodate on what we got going on in there. Appreviate u stopping by!!

The Sprimg Breka and Shajedown Street should b rdy within a week. The Original Diesel x Molokai Frost is gonna take a bit. At least 12-14 im.thinking. Will have to do a bit of fanagling around to get the next round im there but we’ll make it work.

Evening everyone!! Sorry for the delay in updates, been overwhelmingly busy lately!! Anywho, ive chopped everyone except the OD x MF, which seems to have at least a few weeks left, which i think is partially my fault but also just a longer flowering time from the MF. She seems she will yield quite well, and shes is also starting to get frostier as we go on, pretty underwhelming smell so far bit that can change.

Regarding the partially my fault, referenced above. It was around week 5 or so, id have to check my notes, but i accidentally over fed everyone by 4TB of Dr. Earth Flower Girl!??! Everyone else tolerated it quite well, no symptoms at all, but the OD x MF she clawed and started throwing what seemed a Cal def, prolly from excess/lockout of something. I knew i messed up and immediately starting just flushing w some extra h2o from there on out!! My bad, but a lesson learned. She turned around for the better but i think she could b rly awesome when dialed in, so im gonna keep a backup of her and have another run!! Heres a few pics of her, and again, u can c the stress she suffered!! Day 67 from 12/12

As for everything else, the Spring Break are nice and mellow, nothing overpowering but a very relaxing happy smoke!! Smells good and tastes good but i think i can find better plants elsewhere and save some space so i wont b keeping either of those. The Shakedown Street i have not had a chance to sample, chopped at 63, i dont think ill b keeping either of these as i have another full pack to look thru and they didnt rly impress at all throughout the grow. The Psychward was rly pretty and frosty and turned almost black at the end, she was chopped at 55 days, she was more than 50% amber, quick finisher, nice smoke, just not what im looking for tho. Will not b kept around either.

So everything will b flowered once more but not kept except the OD x MF. Need to make room in the veg tent to get the nect round started. They r gonna get some new shoes this weekend, given a few days under the MH and flipped!!

Once everything is trimmed up and cured ill throw some pics up!!
