Inari Okami’s Grow Diary

Hello everyone, I’m going to share with you my journey at the beginning of the grow. I’m from Brazil, in the countryside of São Paulo, and I started to venture into this world with the help of my friend Meraki, who is always helping and teaching me. I hope to be able to learn a lot here with you as I go through all the planting processes, I count on everyone’s collaboration and help and I hope you like it

I’m really enjoying it, there’s a lot to learn, lots of new emotions and the best part is self-sustainability, I plant small quantities just to satisfy myself.

Thank you very much! We still have a long way to go and I’m sure we’ll get along very well.

I started learning a little about the world of cultivation two years ago when I decided to plant a pressed seed out of curiosity and when I saw that the plant was growing well, I became more interested and started studying it a little more. That first plant ended up dying due to lack of knowledge at the time, before I even knew the genus. Last year I received some Cannatonic seeds from my friend Meraki and managed to get a female to flower, all of this in a grow that I made myself in a small closet and an improvised pot, but I had problems with spider mites and I couldn’t identify them at the time and unfortunately the plant ended up dying too. In February I received a 40x40x150cm grow and put organic soil in a felt pot to try again, still with Cannatonic seeds. I’m starting with 4 seedlings and I hope to learn a lot more as they grow and here with you too.

My current setup

The largest plant is 53 days old, while the other three are 24 days old. I believe that within two weeks they will all be ready to bloom.

I believe you are on a growing journey. And maybe getting into a growing hobby. In other words you found something you like to do and are improving as you go.

You came to the right spot as there’s many growers here of all levels willing to help.

Question are your seeds photoperiod or auto flower?

They are photoperiod seeds, produced by this friend of mine that I mentioned. At the moment they have 18 hours of light and 6 hours off, time controlled by a timer.

The grow is like this currently, plants growing healthy and without signs of pests.

Only this one is showing a change in the color of the stem, I think it could be a sign of a lack of nutrients, but as it is only one I will monitor its growth more closely.

Good morning, brothers, I hope you are all well!
I want to take some clones of my plants when I need them, but I have no experience in this. I even tried once but it didn’t work. Do you have any tips to share?

Rapid rooterts, aloe vera or a rooting hormone and domes. Easy peasy. Companion plants look a little outta hand there. Taller than the Cannabis?

Yes, they are, I took the seedlings at this size and planted them to root, but they are not providing shade.

Posso estar enganado, mas me parece que o crescimento delas está lento, e uma delas está apresentando sinais de deficiência nas folhas e caule

I may be wrong, but it seems to me that their growth is slow, and one of them is showing signs of deficiency in the leaves and stem.
