itās because Bodhi isnāt Bernerā¦
Lol nobody smokes weed because of berner he is a lame but facts are facts and to be honest like I have stated in other threads I have grown out over 5 of bodhi strains and they were all solid but none of em did I want to run a second time. It isnāt cus who promotes things it is a quality thing. People now a day arent lining up to buy northern lights or hashplant crosses as much as people on here hate to admit they are just the facts. I totally understand that people on this forum really enjoy bodhi and thatās cool but the fact is there are many better breeders that have aloth more potent and tasty strains they are just the facts I am sorry dont kill the messenger
Yep I agree so far the bodhi gear Iāve grown has been either a good yeild but sub par qaulity or good qaulity with a tiny yield, itās when you can reliably produce genetics that are high qaulity in all aspects that you really start to stand out.
Couldnt agree more
Fastest way to get what you want is to give them what they wantā¦so the question you need ask yourself is āwhat do i wantā? Money give them what they want and if they want big names give it to themā¦simple supply and demand! Smart guyā¦respect!
Iāve found 2 that I really like motherās milk and ssdd both put ya in the clouds and are big producers.
But thatās 2 out of 10 anyway from him.
I really enjoyed the Appalachia crossed with bubba but not enough to grow full rooms of it
Damn 14 years is about when the blue dream hype started that probably is an original cut lol wish I lived close
Great looking plantā¦ Massive frosty monster.
I saw you were making your own seeds and having people test them. Do you think youāll ever do a run of fem seeds? Just curious
I probably will after this season. I have alot of fire genetics that I dont even grow I just have in the mother room. I wanna see how this run of seeds turns out. I have already popped a few dozen of the ghelato 41 and the ice cream cake crosses. Real excited to see how the orange Terps come across in the crosses
I have a runts mom going havenāt flowers it yet, itās kind of a odd one when vegging did you expieriance this ?
I assure you the cut I have is the original, my self and a few others were some of the first people to have it and have kept it ever sense. It came from a friend up north who was highley connected in the industry , he is the main sales rep for a product most growers use or have heard of. We had it a couple years before the cut got out and started blowing up. It maintains a very heavy haze smell and taste but finishes in about 9 weeks, the original santa Cruz haze was a 100 day strain most people couldnt grow. I also have a limited amount of beans from the original cantalop haze which is the santa Cruz haze crossed to michoahcan, Iāll be crossing the two at some point possibly this fall.
Oh I wasnāt doubting you bro I was appreciating it lol
Holding a cut for over a decade is commendable
Iāve had my cut if animal cookies for like 5 years
I have a buddy and we always try to keep a back up of each otherās gear , each one of us has had to get it back from the other at least once.
PS.the yellow leaves in the upper left corner are a seeded platinum pineapple that has a ferocious appetite, itās getting more then every thing else extra , nitrogen boost and it still is fading early.
If i was gonna grow out some great genetics where should i be looking and what would you recommend? You seem to be very wiseā¦not commercial but personal
I would honestly look into seed junky genetics if uwanna find some keepers. There are other solid breeders out there too like dvg genetics or sin city is decent too. I got seeds too if u wanna run em Iāll send u a pack
Thats very kind of youā¦thank you. Iāll PM you
Itās so funny how trendy dispensary shoppers are. They are paying top dollar for strains like Gorilla Glue that the dispensaries are calling Top shelf. Totally all bag appeal. Just tried GG 4 for the first time and was so unimpressed. Honestly, the Orange Goji I had along with some older or unknown strains blow doors on it. Most consumers are pretty clueless and missing out on some of the greatest strains ever created. I think once people start growing it themselves, they start to broaden their horizons.
