Hello, I’ve been hangin here just a few days but I like it so just wanted to introduce meself. I’m from the gold country foothills of northern California. As soon as prop64 cleared the books, I started planning my garden. I’ve got a few grows under my belt over that last year and I’m trying to refine my methods. So far mostly soil, both indoor and out. Looking forward to next spring to get an earlier start outside but I’m in the process of revising my indoor as well. I tried a dwc recently and I just could not seem to make that work so my next grow is gonna be coco coir in cloth grow bags. It’s fun trying new stuff and learning. a few of the members here seem really satisfied with chipped coco. i use coir myself with perlite. i think next grow i will try 50/50 perlite/coco. welcome and look forward to seeing your journals! (and alpaca)

Hi @99PerCent afraid I only grow chilli plants right now. Crops been ridiculously sweet and spicy this winter. They’re loving the new calcium mix I’ve been using this year. Sadly tried a new seed seller last spring for some new varieties and none of the guys seeds worked out but the old guard never fail it seems. I’m looking to expand my growing projects this year with the new greenhouse.
