Lets discuss the possibility’s or the not so possible ![]()
Yes it is. Make it happen
Take a look at some of the solo cup grows on here.
I got 2 spots ready inground but i need more so im thinkn pool time LOL
I’ve seen big ones done in them but I can just barely grow in a regular pot LOL not up for that
Sorry, I was just making a comparison to say if it can be done in a little solo cup I’m sure a baby pool will yield results. Maybe a little sea of green method.
As long as theres drainage, itll be golden. But if youre planning on putting it onto native soil, one of those 3x3 or 4x4 fabric raised beds are a great option. Itll allow the roots to go through the bottom of the pot like nothing, and that usually makes the plants very happy. You can find em on 247garden.com cheap
It’s definitely possible. Drainage would be a point you’ll want to address, but I would think a single plant in a kiddie pool would be able to be massive. As long, that is, as you’ve got good nutrients going for it. The roots would be wide rather than deep which would I think really help with nutrient uptake.
Thats exactly what I was thinking of doing thanks
yes was going to go looking for a big bag ![]()
One thing i was concerned about was the tap root ?
I have seen the guy who owns Boogie brew who dug a hole like 10 feet round and about 2 foot deep of course the plants were massive once done, he probably had the best clones or seeds he could get , but he used thick plastic on the bottom and wire to wrap the whole inside I think i was trying to find the video again i have it saved some where
I have a lot of plants right now picking the best seedlings as they mature
I’ve got to research seeds I got from johnny last month I have some Durban whirlwinds ready to plant up just about from 5" pots maybe a couple of thoughs will go in I haven’t decided where every things going I have 7 gallon pots ready to go too. some straight in ground in beds i have ready. Im just trying to beat all the bugs and bud rot we get here LOL I learned a lot last year growing outside plant more then you need
or why bother
I don’t know the if it’s science or just old wives tales but I’ve heard wide roots means wide plants.
