Is powdery mildew ever granular under microscope?

After being away for 5 days I came back and saw what looked like drywall crumbs like a dot here and there on a few leaves.

I took the leaves off and looked at them under a microscope and they just looked like drywall crumbs and they blew off quite easily

I put in new eyehooks in the ceiling and ever since been noticing drywall here and there.

But now I was thinking perhaps it is PM? It doesn’t look like any PM close ups I could find on an internet search.

Powder mildew won’t just blow off. . .it’s most likely drywall dust

Here’s what really fine sawdust looks like on a plant up close…

You will hope it’s not aphid exoskeletons as they also appear as white dots and blow off. Anything on underside of leaf…like dark dots?
