Get a closer look, sometimes it’s just the beginnings of a “freak growth”.

Potential herm but I usually let them develop more before making a decision… either cull, pluck sacs, or let her ride man. I’ve done all 3 and your plant looks to be just a lower sac which could be minor stress reaction so can remove and continue to monitor the situation.

It looks like a herm, but there are herms and there are HERMS. Wait a couple of days and you’ll know for sure. But if you’re lucky there will only be a few male flowers and the smoke will be awesome.

I’ve found three more. bummer, zero for three on a pack of three. its got to go, its in a different tent but in the same room.
I have a clone of this plant from early flower I guess I could flower it and see what happens.

looks like a male. Unless you want heavily seeded bud I would pull it out asap.

I’m not convinced that this plant has male parts, some that I have found have opened some and white hairs are emerging.
The first (sack) I found turned yellow and fell of when touched it.
It’s too young to tell. Soon if it is a female tiny white hairs will jut outwards. That looks like a calyx as another has stated. Wait it out a couple more days. Keep watching it for the tiniest of hair. Normally when male balls form a thorn like protrusion (axial limb) also exists along the top of that, I don’t see it.

Thats 100% a nanner. Id just pluck it and keep growing the plant out. If you start seeing a bunch more id possibly think about chopping the plant, but some of the dankest bud I’ve grown has a tendency to herm. When i first aquired and grew out this cut of GMO that was sent to me, i noticed it was herming pretty bad on a couple of the lower branches. I almost sent that plant to the compost bin, but im sooooooooo glad I didnt. It is some of the loudest, stankiest ass weed ive ever grown!!! I was also told later on that the gmo pollen is sterile, which must be true because i havent found a seed in any flower ive grown. It could turn out amazing. Never know until you grow it out.

Is this something that Sour Diesel is prone to?
My first plant, a sour D that I grew from from a clone had like 6seeds when I harvested.

Thinking of moving this plant to my separate bathroom grow. Only problem is it will be exhausting into a shared hall way with door ways being about 6.6 feet of separation.
So I’m thinking I need a filter on that fan. Question is how good of a filter do I need? Any ideas on how to set this up?
