Hi @JAWS could you tell me a bit about the Funkytown freebie pack on glg?
I picked up one of those freebies with the chem soda. I’m looking forward to trying the chem soda, I grew the black cherry soda for 2 years and it was the best migraine meds I have ever found.
I also recently grew 91 dragons from ISP made with the same Chem bc3 as the chem soda, and enjoyed the chem influence in that strain.
Hopefully I’ll find some nice chem soda phenos that work for migraine relief.

Thanks jaws, that funkytown sounds like it will be a good fit for me. I was hoping for something without cookies in the genetics, sounds like I made the right choice.
I grew the 91 dragons outdoor in oregon, and they finished in reasonable time. I started pulling in 91 dragons phenos starting around the second week of october.
I got two nice high yielding christmas tree phenos with dense stacking colas on all the branches, and a third that was a ~2 foot totem pole bud.
I’d say it’s actually pretty quick for a line with hawaiian and chinese in the genetics, but not exactly sure how that will translate to an indoor grow.
I had two others that I planted late in the season which were stunted because they didn’t veg long enough, so that might be something to keep in mind.
I enjoyed the 91 dragons. the high is kind of psychedelic. it has some pretty unique smells and flavors going on. my favorite phenos cured to something like brie cheese and mango pudding with a hint of gasoline.
You know @zephyr , I’m 66. When I was a kid in San Diego we got a lot of that electric stuff. No names. Mostly seeded Mexi brick weed from who knows where. My older brother introduced me to Columbian and it was off to the races.
i might step into some sativa stuff sooner then later, have a friend who is offering me some sativa genetics that i think could kick start some decent sativa offerings from JAWS GENETICS. nothing set in stone yet seeing nothing has been sent yet, when/if they get sent i will make a post here about them.

Can u tell me anything about the Hills Men Mixed seeds?
the hills men are what i was given as a skunk bc strain how ever when i ran them i found no skunk in them, the mix part comes into play because the hills men f2 and the hills men ogee seeds got mixed and so i just sent them out as mixed seeds.

Smoke Report:
Both samples were fresh frozen and freeze-dried for 13 hours, then re-humidified to 60% in two hours at ambient room conditions
FPOG F4
Appearance:
I am color blind. Lime green with some reds and such. First time freeze drying, but I am thrilled with the look of these. Curious to see how time in the jar changes the light coloration. Pardon the growers trim. Super lightweight fluffy nugs that still appear dense.
Smell:
Not super pungent when cracking a jar, and there is a slight fresh/hay-ish smell that I hope cures away. The prominent smell is dried fruity pebbles cereal. Upon grinding up a bud, the fruitiness is complemented nicely by a classic dank purfume-y OG thing.
Taste:
Consumed in a clean bowl, a clean-ish bong, and a Mighty Vaporizer. Smoke from the bowl and bong both produced well balanced flavors of sweet fruit and kushy notes coating the mouth. Vaping indeed tasted of dry fruit pebbles with and Kush flavors taking a back seat.
Potency & Effect:
I consumed in the AM, on a lazy Sunday, just watching footie and cleaning random things. This encouraged all of that, but also lessened my focus on staying on task. My mind would drift, but I could snap back to cogent thoughts at a moments notice. Hardly any body heaviness, although this could have gone another few days to ripen. High lasted about 2 hours.

Banana Kush F10
Appearance:
Pretty, golf ball nugs. Maybe green and red. Not dense buds, because the drying process, everything is fluffy. I love it.
Smell:
Once again, I don’t know how it will cure out, but there is a background note of fresh/hay-ish. The primary component is sweet artificial bananas. This more pungent than the FPOG in the jar. After grinding, the fruitiness is still forward, but additional slight notes of funk and fuel are added in the background.
Taste:
The banana comes through a bit in the flavor in both smoke and vapor, but it devolves to a more generic sweetness, still very good. No fuel or funk on the flavor. Not terribly complex, just straight-forward sweet banana fruitiness.
Potency/Effect:
This was consumed before and during my AM coffee. It made me into a space cadet for about an hour while I was figuring out what to do today. Very happy weed which had me just kind of wandering around my house going from task to task, not really accomplishing much. Mostly head effects, but I noticed my muscles were feeling a bit more loosened. No couch lock, sleepiness or munchies. Probably harvest a couple days early. High lasted 1.5 to 2 hours.
7/10 Potency
All in all, I would likely grow both strains again from seed, as i have almost full packs of each. I will give them more space next time, as these got a bit crowded out in early flower and never stacked.
I will pull out the press this afternoon and post up some results on Fresh Frozen Flower Rosin. I have yet to see anyone try that.
