Yeah. S1/S2/S3 Fems. really magnify the genetic expression of that one individual phenotype used. Just that plant’s characteristics, mostly
And sometimes there are weird ones from that more tight genetic that was in just that one pheno/rvsd_same. Some use fems. as a ‘bridge across’ 2 or more gens. back as a breeding tool, also.
I just think that the old way of planting a butt-load of F2s and walking through the fields with hands outstretched looking for those F2 unicorns should be done still. Should be done even more than it was 3 dacades back. Just get fkn busted doing that these days unless you can get corporate to approve it or are in some non USA areas.

Hey, I am always having a good night, my friend! Since a few folks asked about them, I took some more photos and did some inspecting.
#1 has a nice sweetness to it, I would say “fruit” but my nose isn’t great. #2 is really not holding much of any scent, is a bit different in that it is “whiter” and wispy. #3 though, I think may be the cobbler pheno, it is quite nice. BlackBerry with almost sweet cream like I have smelled in mother’s milk before. I’m not great with the smell stuff, but I am guessing the shorter-spaced, bulkier buds with thick hairs carry that smell more than the others. Again, based just on the 3 I have in front of me.

sad news is i only have 1 alien tech to work with this round, will take a couple cuts to have for the next round so i can make more seeds. can make a few this time but i need a few females to get a huge batch done so i can move along to other things.

I really like your Alien Tech photos. For some reason (quite unreasonably) I imagined this cross as a deep indi.
Now I see your photos with a thick central stem and good lateral branching. But the sharp leaves with tapering on both sides indicate that this Avgana has been well worked on. I like it.
Tell me what it smells like, what effects it has, and what does it give off in the crosses?

DBC are being tested right now so as soon as there done and have passed the testing they will go out to the public. just 8 days into flower right now so it will be a bit still. this strain in this run has had the most males, i think 6 males were killed from that line in this first look. i think we can still get a good look at her though, im not planning on breeding with the DBC so she should just be a budding plant this time around. also will not be taking any cuts from her or the nasty cheese strain, i am planning to hit a jah with some nasty cheese pollen to make some jah bc1 seeds.
