so the pics of the scbb females were day 21 now we look at the two males on day 22.
plant #5 this one im going to work with i hope.
now the #7 same age just different phenol, ahh just like the pics of the females from the above pics.
just crazy how the #5 is so much further along.
very strange, any one know what the legit parents are of this line.

humm betting the real parents are not mentioned, could be wrong but i bet not.
not super interested to be honest was just wondering is all. neither of the phenols at this point any ways gets me excited, the longer setting male/female id never work with personally way way to long to get going. could be a 16 week strain the way its growing, might start and then just grow like crazy we will have to wait and see.

no plans to breed her with anything at this time only her self if i can get this male to open up and just get on with it.
IF i see something really interesting from any of the 7 females i have going i might think about giving them another go from seed again. no cuts have been or will be taken at this time.

there very much on line with one another i really really like that about her and him. and from what that says up there id say copa is thinking the same exact thing i am running breeding with the faster setting one.
#10 breed by #5 male that could produce a better batch of seeds moving forward for the over all, now if your into heavier and longer flowering sat then for-sure go with
#3 female and breed with #7 male those two and that phenol will not work over here with me. not sure just yet but ya there beautiful plants for-sure, and some work was done now we just to find tune both lines and get them to be exact from both of those lines. im going with the faster setters personally over here.

Salmon Creek is supposed to be a pure Big Bud according to the legend. I personally think it might have something else in there too. Nobody knows for sure at this point though

yup always thought scbb was a phenol from just a straight up bigbud plant. so ya still wondering how we got scbb in seed form as an f1

Nevil said the original Big Bud cutting was pure Afghani. Some people say it was 80% Afghan and 20% Mexican/Skunk. The cut was crossed to NL 1 by SSSC and then backcrossed to BB to make seeds. It was crossed to SK#1 a few different times in Amsterdam but it’s not clear if any of those seeds were sold as Big Bud anywhere. There were a few different seed banks selling their own versions of BB in the 90’s so the possibilities are endless.

ok so i have decided to chop all the slow setting SCBB i have no time for such slow plants.
will breed with the faster male onto the faster setting females, looks like about 5 plants will get the chop this morning, pics will be shown shortly.

ok so i took 5 down.
4 females and the one late setting male.
now were at day 24 and the females i did away with were still just showing two and three hairs per node, to me thats just not MY type of plants. now i did keep one that was still very far behind but it was better then the 4 i cut, im about to breed her with some pollen, just will at least let me see how she buds some what while also hitting her with something i like a lot.
also PLEASE any one who is reading this i have ZERO negative things to say about copa or his work on the strain, i just do not like the one phenol that im seeing with the longer setting time. the other one is just fine and what i like to see in my gardens.
i just really need ppl to know and understand this has nothing to do with copa or his work, just what i like and what i do not like to work with.

I feel this.
Same F1 batch and out of 20x seeds I have 3 females I’d say are stellar and 1 male that was stellar.
The rest is a wash. And by that I mean good for bubble only.
