CO regs on weed sales/etc. have seen a ton of changes…especially on the medical side. They were behind the curve all of the time and were playing catch up to try to fill the loopholes they made when the laws were written. (by non-growers/etc) There was a change about every 6 months there for a few years. The we got Rec pot and most folks jumped off the Registry cus the protections weren’t needed anymore.
Always fun when the Gov’t is the drug dealer…

Do those old “Red Scare” slogans ‘carry any weight’ these days? That stuff was ‘old’ when I was a kid.
I ask because I’ve studied US politics for 25 years but every once in a while something pops up that surprises me.

This state has a lot of backward thinking people compared to some states. So I would have to say yes these slogans do carry some weight even in this day and age.

The Missouri AG just announced that the state is confiscating the farm land that the CCP bought from farmers who sold them land. The state sued the communist party over them hoarding medical supplies before they let the world know about COVID and won.
The Chinese bought a lot of farmland surrounding military bases, critical info structure, electric facilities… The locations that they have been obtaining shows a pattern that raised concerns.
So yeah. The “Red Scare” is real for our state government.
