Good Morning OGs :coffee: :sunglasses:

Hope everyone’s coffee is strong and smooth.

Thanks again Johnny for the sweet sale brotha! :vulcan_salute:
I hope the orders are flying in!

People know a damn good deal when they see it, cuz. Thnx! Things aren’t gonna wipe out the 12k now saying I owe, lol but it helps replace funds already drained from bank!
I’m just glad we had a deep freezer and pantry stocked with everything.
It’s the damn bills that are what’s hurting us now, lol This sale is helping a lot with that.

For instance, I thought I might have to cancel the doc & hospital visit for me yesterday, also Rose’s Doc appt. today, but now we were able to take care of things.

Dang that’s a hefty bill brotha. Every order counts and hope OG can put a nice dent into it.
I’m glad to hear your freezer and pantries are stocked. Thats a great feeling in itself.

Did you electricity bill also go up 30% since last year too? I swear we pay more for delivery fees than the power we actually use some months out of the year.

Bills go up while money goes down, lol It’s a fact of life, we regular folks just gotta deal with it to get from day to day. Times like this I’m glad we got rid of the old gas guzzler truck (but damn I DO miss that thing!) and got this little gas sipping Chevy HHR! lol We can go a week on what it took less than for a day’s trip into town.

We had a 1984 fully restored Chevy crew cab dually, full size body. (the 8’ bed) New everything front to rear.
Well, the motor and tranny weren’t ‘new’ just completely rebuilt.
lol but that 454 cube engine thing passed everything but a gas station! Sold it a couple years after we moved back here to Oklahoma, and got the HHR.

It was used to pull our 20’ jewelry shop trailer. But since we’re retired from everything, no need of either now. So both got sold, lol

Aint that the truth.

Thats a badass truck.
Very rare now to see any trucks with 8’ beds.
I’d love to get an old international truck to fix up to bop around town with. Love older car/trucks. So much more character in them.

Nice, those little trucks really are great on gas. I had a smaller 96 Nissan frontier truck (5speed) but the frame rotted out on it. Looked like an Accordion when you’d give it gas/ breaks haha. .

The HHR is a 4dr sedan, but this was a one-owner car, bought new from the dealership, and the gal friend had taken very good care of it. Had less than 100k miles on it, a 2006. We’ve had it over 3 yrs now and only thing bought is tires and yearly oil change, also the AC compressor son replaced for us. Damn thing blows 25 degrees at/from the vent! lol He put a big vacuum on it, sucked it down to -75lbs, tossed in 4.5 cans of freon!
On the hottest days here (110+ with heat index over 120) we had to run the AC on lowest setting!

What a great find!

Funny you mention a/c. All my vehicles a/c haven’t worked. I would just deal with the heat and melt in the Northeast heat/humidity during the summer. :joy:

A couple weeks ago I just recharged it and had a/c for a couple weeks before realizing I had a leak. I guess that’s on the to do list during in the fall/over the winter.

Thats intense heat brotha. Wild to hear it was kickin ass on low.
I think we only peaked out at 95 this year so far. humidity was at 90% too. So it felt like 100 but not in the triple digits.

She is a friend and basically gave us that thing for $1000. It’s very nice, I won’t deny lol But I’m a ‘big truck boy’ this is the first car we’ve had in a very loooong time! lol It’s the luxury touring model with all the bells and whistles. So I can deal with folding myself into it, lol

lol I won’t deny, the heated leather seats are great in the winter! Once I get folded in, it’s ok in roomy department too.

What a steal, the fam/friend deals are the best.

Your riding in style with those heated seats, I could use those in a couple months

Yep, it was book value at $4500. They don’t cost much compared to other cars.Oh yeah, lol there was a tune up done by son last year, I’d forgot that. But minor cost.

Good morning, Rocks Stars of Sinsemilla!

Doing my new London Pound Cake this morning with my coffee. Only a week or two in the jars. Its mighty fine weed, that I can tell you. Don’t know about the flavor tho. Still tastes a tad green for my liking. The head makes up for it tho.

D E F O L I A T I O N time for Frankenstein @JohnnyPotseed. We saw positives last summer with Flowering and Defoliation. Going with a little more confidence this Summer, Frankenstein was the Target. We did a partial defol of obvious Fan Leaves/ shade makers on Flip day (12th) and now almost 3 weeks later, if its a Leaf with a Stem, off it goes. We are Leaving the last foot intact.

Still happy with how many Leaves (sugar) are on the branches… there are Fan leaves still on her, just not many lol.

Air-Flow and anti-rot, two main steps of prevention, and lessening the nute burden. All Nutrients now go to Buds

And I Love It @InTheWoods, your
making Me laugh!
Thats exactly how I felt by the end

I always undress my ladies before getting to the fun part. Nicely done :+1: with the humidity here it’s really a necessity to fight bud rot. Of course some strains hold up better than others
