I’ll be sitting here in my chair, trimming all day! After I go out to the barn and tend the girls, fun starts, lol… Rose is very understanding of stuff needs done, no matter what shape I’m in. So whenever I’m in too bad shape to do much working in the barn, we just spread a sheet here in front of my desk and set me up to trim right here.
Hey, if I can’t go to the work, then the work can come to me! (to kinda rephrase an old saying, lol)

Still hobbling my old ass around, hurting or not. Use a back brace and mobility scooter, and move real slow…Park the scooter in front of barn door, then use my cane.

With all the crap I got going on, an occasional fall is inevitable if I’m gonna stay semi-active. A person can’t give in or the end is nigh!
The plants are my therapy, both physical and emotional. What movement I get while tending them helps keep me loosen up and exercise, plus the pure joy I get just being in there amongst em. lol
Sure, lol there’s an old saying for just about any situation, like this ‘if I knew I was gonna live this long, I’d taken better care of myself’!

Them plants give up my (and Rose’s) pain meds as well as recreational! Neither one of us takes any opioids. If the straight buddage doesn’t do it, then we switch to hash or concentrates.
