They were calling for an inch of snow, at least, here this morning. But nada… for which I AM glad! lol Now the next snow event that’s coming on this one’s heels might be a bit different! lol
I do know the Oklahoma panhandle has caught some, but that’s over an hour west of us…

Morning Potheads.
We got about an inch of snow last night. Just enuff to where you can’t see the ground any more. Looks like a great day to stay inside, smoke some reefer and maybe make a nice pot of chili. Put a handful of Fritos in a bowl, drown them with chili, top with chopped onion and a handful of grated cheese. Ok. I’m gonna do it. Done made myself hungry.

Holy crap. Its been like a hundred years since I’ve had some good beef stew. Mom used to make it when I was a kid. That’s some good eating.

Yep, lol especially the way she does it! The chili is for later this week, when it gets down into the single digits
both of em, she lets simmer all day
She flours the meat and sautes it, then into the pot with all the potatoes n other veggies. it turns into a thick broth
