SC coast (Myrtle Beach) in summer was almost always 90-100% humidity. I feel for ya brother! It’s like trying to breath soup!

I visited NC once, felt that heat and humidity. Said no thanks haha.

Oh yeah, lol I know! We spent the last 20yrs in MB, SC before moving back to OK just over 6yrs ago. Here in OK, they cry when the humidity hits 70% lol I say hell yeah! The yearly avg here in Ok is 64%, no need of the dehumidifier, saves electric! lol
Most of our families (Rose n mine) are from NC coastal regions
Grampa had a farm that was on both sides of the VA, NC state line, by the Dismal Swamp.
That’s where I was raised, so very familiar with the weather there, lol
