I caught a billy goat with by the hind leg a few years ago. He didn’t stop and I didn’t let go. I ripped one of the tie-down points on my left bicep and apparently if you want it fixed you should go to the doctor right away. I didn’t, so when I make a muscle my left bicep is weird-looking.

Just left doctors office, nothing broken but bicep is sprained. Gave me rx for pain
