Jones Organic Indoor Journal

I had some clones that were starting to get mold on them, and I sprayed the effected area when potting. The mold died, and the clones were fine. Peroxide is definitely good stuff. I also water seedlings with it to prevent damp off.

The soil? Itā€™s still moist throughout itā€™s been under the propagator dome and the humidity has been falling over the past few days there was no water on the top of the dome but I did crack the vents wide open cause that mold looking stuff

Kinda looked like my last seedlings when the humidity was terribly low. It was down in 20s and below for a few days.

Welcome to my tents the last few days, 27RH for the high! Note to self, dedicated climate control for the ā€œgrow zoneā€ of my property! Improvements will pay me back in spades as far as harvest goesā€¦!

I think it was the probiotics got on the leaves and burnt them? They look to be ok now I stuck a hygrometer in the night before I checked this morning looked like rh was around 60% with lights off and slightly higher when it kicked on

Do sativas typically grow slower? Tomorrow will be day 5 since I planted these orange sherbet by fastbuds and still not one sprout yet and the last pack of 10 I didnā€™t get one sprout either  thatā€™s after one day of soaking in a cup then another day in the paper towels they had little tap roots showing or maybe Iā€™m just being impatient I know seeds can take up to two weeks from personal experience I did have one pop up after 2 weeks crazy but do sativas just typically take longer from anyoneā€™s experience

No not to my knowledge I sprout the same as you but donā€™t plant till they have a inch tap root ,Iā€™d say just give them a bit donā€™t over water . Spray bottle works well to keep them moist.

Yes you can over dry and of you do put a banana peel in the bottom of a mason jar foil over top with holes in it and put the bud in top on and check in a few hours!

Thatā€™s what Iā€™ve been doing I got the humidifier running at 65rh the heater at 70f and give the tops and misting in the morning to maintain moisture levels I just checked again still nothing and not one of my outdoors have poked through yet but those are regulars and older seeds so I figure some may not make it but I just donā€™t understand I had 8 for 8 just recent did the same exact thing for the next two batches how tf

Does anybody grow mushrooms in there living soil? I buried some PE cakes in my soil a few days ago.

ā€œItā€™s a fungus-like bacterial cluster that consists of a mass of forking, thread-like hyphae. Species, such as penis envy shrooms, have a high number of mycorrhizae, making them suitable for intercropping with other plants. In nature, you will find mycorrhizae around many plant roots.ā€ Copied and pasted from google

30 seeds and not one sprouted I just donā€™t understand how tf is it so inconsistent the only thing different is I didnā€™t put them under a propagator but I added a humidifier to the room running 60+ rh I just want to beat my head to a bloody pulp rn this is incredibly frustrating why I donā€™t get it

There must be something wrong with the seeds man. I doubt itā€™s your fault.

What did you say was in your seedling soil?

It has to be my humidity Iā€™m still confused how I have the humidifier running high and my soil is dried out in hours this house is not sealed at all just really need to get in my shed I think that will help, that thing is going to be sealed tight with spray foam but at the same time its almost a relief to finally figure out what the hell Iā€™ve been doing wrong all this time

That was my issue with my last seedlings. My humidity was too low.
