JustBlazin's blumat organic grow

i think red runtz is named after the red stems? some of the runtz concentrates have a red hue to them though, very unique coloring so curious to see how that shows up in your live buds.

Well still having some deficiencies going on. But they seem to be slowing down a bit. Hoping the last top dress I gave them is starting to help.

Got a few pics of the new strains and a couple random bud shots of the others.
Topanga canyon pure kush- she has some deficiencies and is looking a little rough.

Capjunky- looking super frosty!!

Chimera 3 - also looking super frosty

Red runtz- super short but nice sized buds and a nice smell already

Stardawg Corey- she is looking rough has a k deficiency and a bit of cal. But it’s slowing so I hope it’s recovering somewhat.

Now some random shots of some I have already grown last round.
Bubba, chem d, TK, macdaddy and rs11

They definitely don’t like this method as much as taking soil out of pots to reamend. But I might try it again another time to see if I can do better.
Only 4 or so are showing deficiencies. The others are doing ok for the most part.

always tough when you have so many dif cultivars in the same grow. end up chasing your tail trying to make them all happy lol.

Been a couple weeks since I updated. Have Bern super use with work.
Not going to lie it’s one of my worst runs in a long time.
Both Stardawg cuts and the new topanga canyon pure kush are doing the worst. But a few are doing ok and still looking super dank despite the lackluster grow this round.

Here’s a full tent shot, can see alot of yellowing.

Topanga Canyon Pure Kush

Capjunky

Chimera 3

Red Runtz

Stardawg Corey

And some shots of the others I have already flowered out. Bubba, Stardawg Guava, Macdaddy, RS11, Irene OG and chem 91

Like I said one of the worst flower runs I have had in recent memory. These genetics can do alot better than what I’ve shown here that’s for sure.
Most don’t look bad considering.

In your opinion what caused the yellowing?

Not 100% sure. But I don’t think they liked the raw nutrients I put right under the rootball/clone when I planted into the 2 gallon pots.
But also the 2 stardawgs that look the worst out of all of them, the blumats clogged on both and they dried out pretty hard, no wilting or anything but I’m thinking that is a big culprit with those 2.
The topanga I guess didn’t like how I went from it being shipped internationally to being put into my 2 gallon pots and put to flower straight away, along with the nutes right below the clone.
But the red runtz and capjunky took it like a champ and both look phenomenal.

Hopefully next run I can do them some justice

shit happens. sometimes you just gotta get a re-do and try again! you can see the potential in them though!

Yep, shit happens to even the most seasoned vets, and doing what you are doing is not easy by any means. I remember trying to keep 32 moms alive and putting out bi weekly cut lists to guys in my crew etc. it was like a full time job with that and a Veg and two flowering rooms plus a breeding area. Much respect for all that you do brother. For real most have no clue the level of involvement it takes to keep all these cuts healthy etc. never mind flowering them all out as well each with completely unique needs, likes, dislikes etc. plus putting these stellar genetics in peoples hands (who previously had no access or extremely pricy ones) keep up the awesome work, truly and don’t let a slightly off flower run get ya down. Skies the limit homie trust me!

Looking great, and I can’t wait to flower out some of those myself one day.
Thanks for posting it all! :peace_symbol:

Great work brother! I feel like that too sometimes, but it usually all comes together just fine at the end! I know you’ll pull through just fine… and those close up shots look killer! :100: :fire:

Plus I know you were making some changes and it definitely takes some dialing in anytime you do!

hmmmm juggling the needs of a multi varietal grow… the story of my life LOL
Despite your trials the finished flowers look really nice.
Good to know some of these plants are north of the 49

It’s been just over 8 weeks now. Had my worst flower run in a long time. Don’t think the plants liked how I put a bunch of dry amendments under the clone/rootball when I put them into the 2 gallon containers I flower in. I learned for next time if I try this method again.
Also my temps got up to above 90 for sometime and some strains have foxtailed pretty hard. Also had a bit of clogging in my blumats that contributed to some deficiencies in the stardawgs.

Now for the pics.

Bubba kush(Matt Berger Cut)

Chem D

Triangle Kush

MacDaddy(Mobilejay Cut)

Stardawg Guava

RS11(Dojapak cut)

Chem 91

Irene OG

Stardawg Corey

Now for the new ones I brought in.

Topanga Canyon Pure Kush(Hollywood)- this one looks especially bad, didn’t like the dry amendments nder the clone I believe. Hopefully do better next time with it.

Red runtz(Highrise Oklahoma cut)

Chimera 3(beleaf cut)-- this one also was not very happy this round but still looks dank.

CapJunky (breeder cut)

Look very nice JB. These summertime temps are a mofo for foxtailing.

look forward to you running some of these again under better conditions and see how much better you can gettem. you can tell a few have huge potential

@204medismoke Ya hopefully do a bit better with some of the ones that look rough
Some are still looking super dank and not affected at all.

Also forgot to mention that my light is at the roof of my tent so I can walk in comfortably so over 6 feet. And the red runtz is only about a foot and a half tall. So it’s almost 5 feet from the light and still throwing down nice nugs. Same with cap junky.
My tallest plant is probably just over waste height, so even they are 3 feet from the light.

Still not that bad?
There are some that look really good as well!!!
It was your first run with them, with a new technique.
Summer holiday time, can’t wait to get a turn at those cuts!
That is of course I can afford them, :joy:.
The MacDaddy you sent me looks good as well.
Thanks so much for that.

@Crawfish Nah not to bad it’s really just a handful of bad apples that don’t want to cooperate :rofl:

Ya that heat sure made the chem d foxtail.

Hope to hear from you soon!!

Happy Growing :v:

hey they still look pretty darn dankkkk! A million steps above if I go get something from a rec store ahaha.

And anyone running 20 different strains can vouch… it’s hard to dial everything in with so many different phenos!

Non the less Great work over there!
