You’ll want the exact opposite of this example, unless… Looks nice and healthy though

I know it’s a shame it showed male. I guess 4 out of five female is good though.

Did better than me  60% male compared to your 80% female. Good luck!

Bunch of small balls where the branches meet is a sign of a male plant , but no harm in asking before you bin/separate it…
what strain is it.? Nice looking plant :seedling: too …
I see your 4 for 5 females, are you gonna make some seeds ( maybe pollenate some lower branches on a female or two.? ) maybe worth looking into.?
Anyway happy growing bud,
Gaz

It’s an indica strain from kc brains, called kc39

I may pollinate a couple of branches from one of my skunk #1 autoflower

@Williamb8790, Are you reversing an auto or is it a reg autoflower that your gonna use to dust a few branches with.? What kinda offspring do you hope to find crossing these .
Can you please show us any of your females… ?
Good luck with your endeavours…
Gaz

I will be dusting a couple of lower branches. I really like both strains, just pollinating as an experiment to see what offspring will be like.

Almost looks like a banana starting to pop out! Looks almost like a seed as well the seed bract looks a little swollen! Others will pipe in here shortly! Have ya given it a slight squeeze yet or open it up to take a look?

Those look like seeds to me. Sorry to see you’re having trouble have you seen any bananas on the buds anywhere?

No. I had a male in flower room on last run. Maybe pollen still lingering

Wondering if would be safe to grow out for seeds, with my other females?

Wipe that room down with bleach and water to kill remaining pollen just to be safe. Basic house keeping rules for pot clean up room after each run. Shit happens right

The seeded ladies wont hurt anything I mixed in with other ladies. If you’re sure they aren’t the ones dropping balls that is lol. If you want mist the seeded females down incase active pollen is present. I’ll put them in the tub and hose them down with a spray bottle.

YES. ME TOO. 5 minutes ago, no shit.

“So I have this plant…”

I noticed that it had unusually large calyx’s at first. No biggie right?

Then I noticed them yellowing at week 4.

Then I noticed a fucking seed tonight, jutting out from the calyx.
From EVERY calyx. WTF? I didn’t think calyxes could make seed.
I DO see some hermed bracts in a few buds, don’t see any male flowers to speak of, even in the bracts. Most of the plant looks viable; After seeing all that shit I had to inspect further & see whether she’s decided to be a hash-plant or what. Pretty disappointing if so, but the resin smells great & familiar.

Then I went inside & emptied the seeds from my sock(next to my calf for a few minutes)… I guessed 100, counted 104.

How many variations on a herm ARE there? Sheesh.

:evergreen_tree: and is this birdseed or what?

My unpopular opinion is to run a few of the seeds outdoors and see what happens. Maybe you’re sitting on the next elite cut lol. But if you have finished seeds at week four they must of got pollen as soon as they showed sex.
