Hi everyone, as promissed Im starting a grow diary to share what happens here and the whole dynamic of growing.

Setup Data:
Vegetative space 90cmx120cmx200cm
Exaustion e15 (cant remember the brand neither cfm, but it gives negative pressure to the enviroment)
Normal windblower to move air inside grow space
Led quantumboard sunny 240w
Temperature 23-28°C
Humidity 70-75%
18/6 photoperiod

Data about the “run”:

25 plants, 9 hooney bun, 9 candy kush e 7 Ak47, all taken from buds that I bought.All were germinated using the method of 24-48h in a glass of water+h2o2 3% and after that towelpaper in a dark place, of each kind I’ve tried 10-11 seeds, and what sprouted were those 9 ck, 9 hb and 7 ak47, took like 3-4 days to sprout those seeds, real quick.

Soil of the ones that are bigger atm (hb and 2 ck) was old one that I already had here(equal parts of carolina soil, sand and worm casts+ some kelps qnd bonemeal that I dont remember the quantity)

The soil that I will use im the next pots is like that : 45L carolina soil, 40L coconut fiber, 40L wormcast, 1kg/1L bonemeal, 500g/500ml bloodmeal, 500g/500ml azomite, 500g/500ml dolomitic lime, 500g/500ml kelpmeal, 1kg/1.5L bokashi.

Those seedlings(5ck and 7ak) are in a mixture of equal parts of carolina soil/wormcast/coconut fiber, and doing well.

Had some issues with minning/digging larvae(?), used neem oil too much concentrated and killed 7 initial cks lul, but they were replenished, few weeks later I just cutted the concentration in half and worked well, spraying every 4 days and loookinng good.

To help control the flies and insects I’ve added to the grow a few aromatic plants and also carnivor ones.

The bigger cannabis plants(9hk and 2ck) have around 1 month old since sprouted. The seedling have around 8 days, one of those seedling I think wont do it… but lets see

Watering the plants every 2-3 days, the water is from a pit/subsoil, have clhorine added but airing the water with a pump for 48h evaporate most of it… dunno the ph cuz my phmeter is broken :/, ec is arround 80ppm. Allow minimum runoff(drops)

Hello everyone, nothing changed till now… Also didnt find how to edit my post so bone dust= bonemeal hehehe and calcario dolomitico = dolomitic lime(dunno if I typed correctly)

Today was a watering day, yesterday the soil of the bigger plants(8 hb and 2ck)was already pretty dry but the seedling werent , so I just waited and gave water today because the bigger plants werent dropping leaves/not showing issues with that dryness.

One question, are those candy kush/kandy kush sensible strain? Hb and Ak are 100% fine, but those cks are over sensible lol, slow growth compared to the other 2 strains.

Oh, little edit, ppfd of the bigger ones are between 700-780 and near the small ones its around 400, the led is 40 cm above cannopy and its in 50% of power usage(240w total wattage of the led, so its using ± 120w atm)

Besides that this diary probably will be “boring” until I flip to 12/12 light schedule hehehe, better boring than with pests/plague/ph/ec/defficiency issues hehehe … glad that are people looking at the topic even in this early stage.

Hi everyone.

I would like to ask something, take a look at the last post(the plants were dry) and compare to todays below:

It is clear that yesterday they were with the leaves a little down/pointing down and now they are more straight.

Does it means the soil was too dry or was a ok dry?
Also im trying to leave the soil a little more dry so the roots seek more for water/develop better.

Never gave much attention to that because it always worked/fit my schedule(the grow time, I usually try to finish everything in about 4-5 months(veg+bloom))

Hello everyone

Today I gave water to all plants, also swap hooney bun and candykush position inside cabin.
Temps still between 24-27C and humidity 70-75%

Probably next week I will move hooney bun to bigger pots(7L) they are drying the soil in a fast pace.

Also I completed with soil till it reaches cotyledons of almos every candykush and ak47.

The ppfd started to stress the top of Hooney, so I lowered it, it was in 720 or something like that and I lowered it to 530 by adjusting power supply, all measured with photone app.

Hi everyone.

Another water day, didnt change anything.

Today I finish building the soil and will let it rest for 1 week or more, will just wait till it gets cooler… after that I can finally transplant/repot those hooney buns and those 2 candy kush that are bigger… maybe I transplant the little ones too, dunno… will see at the day if they are ready to.

One or two hooney are starting to show nitrogen defficiency(I think?) in lower leaves, will need to hang till I can transplant lul, my plants :X

Hello everyone, today I finally repot/transplant all plants, ones that are in the back are Hooney bum(bigger ones, 8 total), the middle ones are AK47(7 total) and the in the front are Candy Kush(2 big ones and the small ones). Those new pots have 7 Liters in volume.

The roots were all white and good loking

Adjusted ppfd to 450 close to borders and in the middle around 700

Temps went down those days, were at 22C and 68 Humidity.

Probably will water in 2-3 days and after that start topping/fim.

Temps were lower those days(around 22-25C), humidity 68-70, changed the broken air blower

Ck are red
Hb are blue
Ak47 yellow

Since the last post I watered them twice with around 750ml each, yesterday was the last one, plain water.

I tought it didnt grow much but I think I changed my mind… let me compare after posting the pictures

New Diy aerocloner

Already had one water pump doing nothing, so lets make it more useful.
The box have 56L, the pump is 2500L/h, those red sprinklers are 360° and the size of those 20mm pipes are 2x42cm, 3x25cm , 2x20cm , 3x T-junctions, 4 corner junctions, the pumb-manifold connection is with one junction that a side has 3/4inch female thread and the other one 3/4 to 1/2 reduction to be able to connect those 20mm pipes. , the trick part was open those holes in the lid and also cut those eva collars(something like neopreme), did all with hot metal , one was a piece of metal billet(50mm) and the other was a metal duct with inner measure of 48-50mm.

Already tested and it works but I have leak at one lid corner, so I need to fix that

Probably at weekend will make first topping in taller plants and those will turn into clones in this aerocloner.

Thats one thing I need to do asap, clean the enviroment… I might change the plants to the other cabin that is bigger, and that will be the perfect time to clean stuff.

But thanks for the support, hope I can show to people in practice what you can do and what you shouldnt do, contribute in some way for the info that this community/others shared and still share.

Lets add correct id pictures now o.0, same color labels, yellow for ak47, red for candy kush, blue for hooney bum. Those photos were took with one cannon camera that I have, I hope it improves the view

Howdy green lovers

I think I solve the issue with the cloner leak, tried double side/face tape, tried silvertape, and last I tried silicone and worked lul, I first placed the silicone at lid and after that in box borders , didnt assemble it till all “dry”.

Now about the grow itself, as promised I cleaned both rooms and needed to split the ladies between the 2 cabins, most part went to the 1.2m²(all aks, all hbs and almost every ck).
Temps and humidity the same range but a little higher 24-26C and 60-70H

I took them all out of grow so I took advantage and single picture each one o.0(wont do that many times, sorry dataserver/network traffic).

Already saw some female, they are : hb8/hb2/hb4/hb5/hb7,ck1.
Also saw some plants that caught my attention:

I know I said about clonning this weekend but this wasn’t possible… you may ask why, the answer is me I made light height/power adjustments mistakes​:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: and that led to light stress, I wont measure anymore with Photone, at least for my phone it doesnt work well.

Only thing that changed alot is humidity, 82-85 -_-, raining alot here.

Finally made those clones/topped the plants. One little warn to those that will use silicone, let it dry more than 2 days before assemble things lul… when I took the lid off to start making those cuttings the silicone came all together with the lid ,my luck is that didnt mess and still works(no major water leak).

Im giving those cuttings 15 minutes pump on and 45 off, already survived one day in this schedule so I think I will keep it, 24h light on(the same 240w, but I put in lowest light output and all up inside grow(heigh). Just plain water without adjusting nothing, lets see if works.

The plants that were topped received some cinnamon powder to help.

This will just be a quick update, temp and humidity change a little bit , ±22c and 75h. One thing happened… the wind blower fell in some plants -_-, my lucky is that those mf are resilient and nothing happens beside one or two broke branches(side ones).

Clones didnt show anything, no signs of roots neither signs of death.

Held a little bit this update cuz I was waiting some stuff arrives so I could measure+control the water ph, with those ph strips I can see that my water is around 6.8-8ph and thats not good, will use some ph down until it drops to 5-6.

Another adjustment is that I cutted branches below the top nodes(plants were topped in 5th or 6th node), this will give me better airflow and get rid of useless growth… Did some bending lst too.

Besides that they are looking ok, ck7 and 8 are kindda lamme/weaklings , dunno if Im gonna keep them.

Maybe I will split those plants between cabins but I need first to root clones and they didnt show any root yet, Hb#6 clone died all others are fine not dropping
