Kind "Hot" soil experience

Hello all,
I’m new to growing and just getting everything together for my first grow. I purchased a grow kit that comes with Kind Soil. It’s a hot soil which I wasn’t aware of when I purchased.

Has anyone used this soil and what have your experiences been using it?

Welcome to OG Shaggy, Not used that soil, I make my own, which can sometimes be a bit hot, just reduce your soil down with something inert like peat moss, and extra perlite.

So what else is in a Kind grow Kit?

Just curious how you know it’s a “hot” mix? If need be you can always cut it with EWC or a light filler base like happy frog or roots organics.

Here the website http://www.kindsoil.com/
This stuff is super charged apparently. Fill bottom of bag/pot 1/3 of this and the rest potting soil. No feeding just water. I didn’t realize when I bought the kit that it came with this kind of medium.
I’ve been building my grow and so far I’ve learned to go with the flow. Im going to try it for my first grow it should all work out fine.
Now that I’ve done more research since I got the kit I think I’ll try the Stonington blend from Coast of Main next round, until I figure out how to mix my own.
